I shared with them a photo of what I wanted my dogs ears cropped like and I got EXACTLY that! Couldn’t be happier and will 10/10 recommend Gore West to anyone that wants the best quality work and care for your pets!

They are all friendly and really care about animals. The first time I ever met Dr Keihn was when I was a young girl and a dog got hit in front of several of us kids and the person sped off. Joe came up the road in his vehicle and stopped to get the dog and take to his clinic. Over the years I have seen how big of a heart he has. They have always taken good care of our pets over the years!!

Best place around! They are beyond patient and are so helpful. I drive from Chickasha for my two Dobermans. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Kiehn and staff are tremendous. I have been using them since 1980!! Have always treated our animals as if they were their own. The cats actually come out of their carrier’s and wait for attention. All treatments have been extremely effective and fairly priced. They seem to build clients and not just present you the bill with the typical “sticker” shock of others in town. I have so many good things to say about Gore West Animal Hospital. There is not one thing that I can say is the best thing about them, because there are just too many things. The staff is extremely friendly with both you and your pet, it is not like other services where all they want is your money, because they actually care about your pet. Dr. Kiehn is excellent and timely. He is great with pets, and I appreciate how honest he is. The fact that he will tell you the diagnosis, and then recommend treatment is one thing, but if for some crazy reason he cannot provide you with treatment, he will point you to someone who can, which made me have even more respect for him. I clearly recommend.

I go to Gore West Animal Hospital because they understand how important my dog is to me. With that being said, they are constantly giving him the best care possible. Thank you to the entire staff for always being very helpful and caring towards the animals!

Have used this Vet for several years. Have never had a problem. Have had to walkin a few times. Right to the back and fantastic service. Vets can be expensive, so can doctors. You get what you pay for. I just trust and my animals get well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE THEY WILL ONLY GUESS WHATS WRONG!! My family took my indoor cat into Gore west animal Hospital because he was acting like he was in pain and had blood on his nose and mouth. We couldnt tell if his nose was bleeding or of it got on there some other way. Unfortunately I was at work do couldnt accompany My family and cat to the vet but the doctor told them he had been bit by something and was having a allergic reaction. The doctor also said he probably fell off the bed because his back end was tender. They prescribed antibiotics. 24 hours later my cat was visibly worse. I called gore West and told them he seemed worse and that I wanted to know if the doctor actually saw a bite or how he knew thats what was wrong I wanted to know if I should bring him back in because he was getting worse. The receptionist left the message for the doctor and said he would call me back. The doctor left me a message saying that My cat didnt need to come back in that the toxins from being bit were working their way out of his system and he should be better after the weekend. Well he got worse again he was lethargic and clearly in extreme pain peeing bright red blood and breathing very quick short breaths. I called Gore west again on Sunday to see what I should do and the message said that the doctor was out of town and they had no one to see pets until Tuesday. I didnt feel like I could wait that long and took him to another emergency vet. They told me My cat was misdiagnosed that he had a severe urinary tract infection (no wonder his back end hurt not from falling off a bed) and that it was good I brought him in right away. They said the medicine Gore west gave him wouldnt have treated what he had. I was also told that Gore west Clearly guessed the diagnosis and that my cat wasnt bite by anything. The new vet looked in my kitties mouth and saw he was bleeding because of a tooth that needed to be pulled not because of a allergic reaction. Clearly Gore west didnt even examine my cat well!! I called gore west and told them all of this and asked to be refunded because I had to take my cat in again and pay another 270 to have him treated. They told me that because I didnt bring him back in Friday They didnt think I was warranted a refund! I told them I called Friday and was told not to bring him back in that I had that proof on my voicemail! The receptionist said she would tell the doctor that and get back to me. When I talked to her the next day she said they doctor wouldnt approve the refund because they saw the cat and he was treated! TREATED?!?!? HE WAS TREATED FOR THE WRONG THING AND COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISDIAGNOSIS!!!!! We will never be bask and If I could give them negative stars I would what horrible business practices!!

I keep seeing posts about how Gore West Animal Hospital is not interested in your money, but they actually care about your pet, and this is the absolute truth! I could not agree more. The entire staff is so caring, and always personable, especially Dr. Kiehn. Thank you for all you have done to my dog.

I called today to board my dogs over the Thanksgiving holidays and I was told that my dogs had to have a flu shot before they could stay at the vet clinic. I usually use Meadow Wood Animal Hospital but they were full and could not get my dogs in over Thanksgiving. So, I had Meadow Wood fax my dogs medical records to this vet to show they were properly vaccinated. When I received the call that they had to have a flu shot I became seriously concerned because I have a 13 year old Labrador, who I was not comfortable giving a flu shot to. I did some more calling around only to find out that no other vet and this town requires a flu shot. Im not understanding why this Vet Clinic would recommend a flu shot for a 13 year old dog the risk to her is too great. Luckily I was able to get into my regular vet once they had a cancellation so Im only posting this here as a beware, that this flu shot is not necessary its something this Clinic does. Oh and it costs $20 per dog.

I have been taking my pets to Gore West Animal Hospital for 16 years now because of the compassionate and professional staff here. In fact, I drive about 45 minutes to see this veterinarian because he is that good!

When we first moved to Lawton 30 years ago, we were told that Gore West Animal Hospital was the best. We have never used anyone but them.

My dog cowboy got hit by a car and needed to be rushed in on a Sunday. I was at the hospital with the vet within 20 mins of the accident. Kind of expensive but excellent care. Hes still healing but they have drained his wound and done a ton of stuff for free! Thanks west gore Ah

Basically by the time that I walk into the office, the vet sees my pet right away. Highly recommend Gore West Animal Hospital.

I went here for my dogs broken toe and instead the messed her whole leg up will never. Come here again I only put 5 stars so this will be seen I really give it no stars

Every time Ive brought in one of my cats, no matter what the issue is, both Drs. Kiehn and Molinaro and the entire staff have been wonderful. They dont even laugh at me for putting bandanas and beaded collars on my critters ;)Id recommend Gore West to anyone and everyone who asks.

This is the most caring clinic I have ever brought my pets to! My five month old kitten had a pulmonary edema and we werent sure she was going to pull through the night. Dr. Molinaro is amazing and went to great lengths to do everything she could to help Munchkin. Hoping she continues to get better, but I know I dont have to worry because she is in good hands! Thank you Dr. Kiehn, Dr. Molinaro, and all the staff at Gore West!!!
