If you are military DO NOT bring your things here.By far the worst place to bring things to. We just bought my husband his new AGSU that cost about $1,000 and on the first day they stiched the unit patches on the wrong side, and the pants were not done properly. The girl sighed and said well can you come back tomorrow and we said yes in the morning. We come back and he heming is the worse I have ever seen and where they removed the unit patch you could see some damage done to the coat in addition the patches are crooked you can tell they where not measured. They did not attempt to fix it nor ask how they fit and they took the payment from us he day before and the person even said I wont charge you for the heming nor the re-stiching as if they had done it right in the first place. After paying $70 that they wont give back we will now have to take it to another place.
I really love this place. They do a lot of work and give great deals and help you out a bunch. If I could it’d be a ten out of ten
Bad customer service!! The chick with the blue hair had a nasty attitude for no reason. Because of her attitude I took my items back and will find a different place to clean my uniform.
When Clothing & Sales runs out of ribbons, badges, and pins, this is the place to come. Yes, you will pay a little more ($2-4), but when you need these items with short notice, its worth the slight mark up. They also alter uniforms from enlisted to officer for you BOLC students and offer packages for getting all you need for your class A and B uniforms. They sell slightly used and new uniforms for enlisted and officers. Ann is very knowledgeable and prevented me from buying the wrong set of pins.
My husband swears by this place. They can do anything military related that you wouldnt know unless you thought to ask. With COVID-19, she makes masks at a very cheap cost and they make mine special order with a slit left in so I can put my filters in. We use them for all of our dry cleaning, alteration, military surplus and most military uniform service needs.A hidden secret is she will perfectly place your ribbons on your dress uniform for your DA photo and fix it so that even for males or females with large chests, it doesnt shift. She has amazing talent!
Does your business Trade in OcPs?I out gre some of my old uniforms and im looking for a place that will exchange them ?
Great spot with the Great things and very good and cheap
They cleaned mt ASU very well, they also had the option to set it up for me. It was slightly off, but nothing I couldnt re-adjust on my own I mean, the only thing off was the ribbons being straight, i wont dock a star for sokething so easily fixable). The people there are really sociable whick made the experience great (minus one girl on a tuesday who was giving me and some friends a lot of attitude with some simple requests, but again, why dock a star for that). Overall, great service.
Ann’s is a quality, affordable, accommodating option for any military alterations you need.I had name tapes sewn onto several blouses for a very fair price. The font they use is pretty thin, so the best option is to bring your Velcro tapes in for them to sew on.The best aspect of Ann’s is the customer service. They genuinely care for their customers, especially soldiers. I had a minor issue with my blouse, and Kathy, a veteran, went above and beyond to resolve the issue for no charge. Highly recommend.
Great prices if you have the time you never know what you can fund here.
Took 5 days to get husbands dress blues back, paid extra for them to put the uniform together. They did not measure so EVERYTHING was crooked and they didn’t put any backing on any of the pins so everything fell forward. And they Damaged the rank patch on the right sleeve.
They used to be the best dry cleaners around Fort Sill. I used to go in and come back days later to pick up. Now they will lose your uniforms or keep delaying. My uniform was simple. Dry clean and set up, had the pants shirt and jacket. They said it would be done on Tuesday. I was working so I went in Wednesday morning and they had lost my uniform. When they found it, it wasn’t done and my jacket was by itself and my shirt and pants were with someone else’s stuff. I don’t even know if it is mine. They either need to take care of their stuff and do their jobs or just keep a better organized system. The lady working said the other person just doesn’t care.
Sometimes I wonder how she gets all the surplus, but then I remember curiosity killed the cat.
One my favorite places to go great service and good people
5 stars service. Great people. Very nice and respectful
Great people. They have a wide selection of military surplus and uniform apparel. Alterations and cleaning are always quick and theyre willing to work a deal if youre in a bind.
Ann’s cleaners has new personnel who seem extremely friendly. A little slow due to them being new to the business. They do seem to be organized and try to help out any way they can.
Went to get name tags done which ended up $10 fine, then got charged $6 for sewing them. I wont be sending any troops or friends there. Thats for sure!
A solid option for alterations and for surplus equipment. You will pay less here than you will on post for the same quality of work. They are also more prompt and often have better prices on uniform items.
If you pay cash they dont make you pay tax. Anything under $10 has to be cash. They do OK work on sewing. But it is convenient to Fort Sill.
Angie is sweet and her service is quick. Definitely would recommend.
Place was disorganized, playing music way to loud, and no help was giving when asked for it.
Nice people, huge selection and very nice prices too!
Not the same as it used to be... bunch of not so good stuff with a high price tag.
