The Lawton office at the airport is great the associates that work there are king, courteous and friendly and always take good care of me.

Well thank you for asking. My family and I were left stranded after reserving yet another car with now National and would you believe it? An out of towner could not get service or help. Thank you for the horrible experience National. I will never go to the airport or any other National or Enterprise again.

Conpany rented a car from xyz company which closed early and we couldnt get a car. National stepped up for us and got us a car. Thats why I am a national Emerald holder.

I had to rent a car at the last minute at the beginning of a holiday weekkend. Enterprise was very accomodating; however, there are three enterprise locations in my city and the only one open was the airport location. The rates were higher than the other two locations which I did not appreciate.
