I typically rent several times a year from Enterprise and it is not unusual that they do not have the vehicle class I request when I arrive. I rent a 15 passenger van at least twice a year and always book in advance. As I do every year, I book a van for my family vacation only to find out that even though I booked far in advance, I may not be able to get a van. I had over $5k invested in my vacation already and could not make any adjustments. Enterprise calls me the day that I was expected to pick up to inform me that they did not have a van for me but they have an Expedition that seats 8. ??? I informed them that I actually own an Expedition and if I was needing to only seat 8 then I would just take my own vehicle. They simply said that the Expedition is the largest vehicle they have. I was highly disappointed because I have always done business with Enterprise but this was just unprofessional. They acted as if they didnt care that I had money invested in our vacation and the van would prevent us from even going. I could not believe they would treat a long standing customer like myself so poorly. Graciously, I was able to find a van that barely fit all of us from a local van rental business. Even still, I use Enterprise to build my reward points and a 10 day rental of a van adds value to the program. Additionally, I was running about an hour behind schedule when returning a vehicle a couple of weeks ago and even though I called to inform them in advance that I will be late, they insisted on charging me a late fee and threatened to charge me for an additional day if I did not make it back before the two hour mark. ??? That is absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward, I have a van rental scheduled for our summer vacation in July and I truly pray they get it right this time. It really is difficult because Enterprise is the only place in town and they struggle to meet demands consistently.
The car broke down while I was out of town. They tried to charge me for tank not being full, eventho the car broke down and it wouldnt move to go to the gas station. I look at my bill and Im charged over 200 from what I was quoted. Very bad experience !
Ive used enterprise for the past 10 years when we PCSd here. Every person Ive dealt with have been very nice. I love the fact that being a member makes the reservation and check-in process extremely easy and fast.The company as a whole is awesome. I remember 4 years ago I reserved a car and there was a mix up with my rental and the class of car Id reserved were all gone. I needed a rental badly because I was traveling home to a family emergency. The wonderful thing isnt that they upgraded me to a luxury vehicle at no extra cost (the mix up was on their end so it definitely was to correct thing to do), the wonderful thing is how they took care of me immediately when that car broke down on the highway.Even though the Enterprise that I had to go to, to replace the car had my original class of car, they still kept me in the luxury car and gave me the exact same car that had broke down and I didnt have any other issues past that.They always take very good care of my family. I choose them over all of the others!
Enterprise has reasonable rates. Service Reps are very experienced and friendly. Was very pleasent experience. I would recommend that to anyone.
When expedia proved to be incompetent by giving me a pickup time after the business was closed, we went here, 2 minutes before closing. I was not in a good mood because I had the reservation for nearly 2 months and almost missed my trip to Florida. Luckily, there are kind and considerate people in this world like Shawana who got us into another vehicle and even stayed late to help us put. She was professional and so sweetShe made my whole day.
Don’t rent from these people.I listened to multiple conversations my wife tried to have with them.They don’t do what they say they are going to do. Then, instead of making it right, they talk to you like you should have known that they could not do what they said they would do, and then they just hang up on you,Terrible communications…..Terrible follow thru…..Terrible customer service…..

Even though it was a Cadillac we had several problems. 1st day low tire indicator came on saying right front tire low 26 lbs, aired up tire horn started honking figured tire was full. Automatic AC control cooled when it was cold and blew heat when it was warm. Low tire pressure indicated tire pressure was 27 lbs 2nd day. This went on for the whole trip. We were deeply unhappy with rental. Was told we.would be compensated didnt see where they made this for the rental. We did return the car after hours but we had to keep the keys until Monday morning and return them when office opened up at 7:30 am. There was no drop off box for the keys had to pay enterprise for holding on to the keys until Monday morning.
The service was wonderful, and the staff was very polite and helpful and explained everything really good. Made sure the vehicles were good to go better you took them off the lot. Place was very clean. Would highly recommend.

They told me Id get a refund on the deposit I made on the car the insurance covered. Its been three weeks so i called again to be informed it wouldnt be returned to me because they changed the price after I returned the car. If I could give no stars I would.

Ive used them in the past. I think they constantly improve, So, I always choose them, especially when my car is being repaired. The staff is always friendly & helpful. They make sure getting a car is an easy process & no stress.
Did not have the reservation on the day of the reserved date. I was informed that on the following day I would be able to rent at the same time, I spoke with Maury and he determined that was a lie. They picked my rental and continued to charge me the premium price instead of the let us pick your car price which is $240 rented me a very small Journey and insisted it was an upgrade at no expense which was very small. Highway robbery would be the best to describe that experience.As of 11/03/2020 at 12:14 pm Chris from the Duncan location reached out and left a message. Ive made several attempts getting back in touch with him but hes always busy giving me those Easter Bunny, Santa Claus vibes. So far no problems have been resolved.
Great vehicle, even though it was not what I booked, staff was friendly and pretty quick. Only thing was the tank was on 1/2 full but contract stated full....they told me they would update the contract to match the actual gas then sent me the same contract again...learned to get updated papers before I leave. Thank goodness gas prices are low now. Other than that they were professional and timely. Refunded my deposit in a timely manner also. Will use again.
The customer was great and the only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 is because once I got in the car it had a very strong smell.

Didnt tell me I needed a local address or credit card when i reserved with them over the phone so when I got dropped off at the rental car place by my buddy who doesnt have a phone, I was stranded there for hours while they wouldnt rent me a car. Thanks for wasting my time enterprise...

I have not had a negative experience in the few times Ive rented a car; the staff is very kind and professional and they have always exceeded my expectations. The only thing I wish they would improve is there hours. It seems like when you need a car the most, they are closed. They do offer a military discount as well. Overall, I would highly recommend renting from this Enterprise location, they will take care of you.
Tough to get a rental these days..
Since 2018, Ive used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mississippi, Texas and Oklahoma--sometimes for two weeks at a time. They were always very accomodating, their prices were reasonable and their representatives friendly. I highly recommend them.
My vehicle was in shop. I found Enterprise to provide low-priced, convenient wheels. Very easy to check out and return.
Great service
Was given a very basic car Nissan Sparks that didn’t even have power driver seat. Car had a terrible chemical smell that gave me a headache. Also was given car with only 1/2 tank of gas. So I had to try and return it with only half a tank. Not the greatest experience. Plus could only return it during office hours in Carlsbad NM. There was no drop box for the keys.
I was very satisfied with them until this last rental. I kept my rental two extra days, which wasnt a big problem because they would deduct it from the deposit once rental was returned. But not this time they took the money off my card before i returned my car which put me in overdraft & a fee. They daid they policy changed which i understand but why wasnt i imformed about it during my rental pickup. Bad Business procedure.
I love coming to Enterprise for my rentals. The staff is always super helpful. Rodney has taken care if me the last two times i have gone. He was very efficient and made sure i understood everything and that i was pleased with my rental. The staff in general is just amazing. I will be back!!
Did not know the location I usually rent from was consolidated to a new location, good thing I called to verify reservations. Did my walk around on pickup had questions about car features but girl gone after initialed. Car rental was not as clean smelling but good thing I had my wipes (pandemic jitters)Rental again was stinky from previous car smokers, October 2020, I had to purchase Fabreze to help smell!
The excellent customer service over the phone is what caught my attention most. I was hoping to meet this wonderful young lady in person when picking up my rental and I did! Not only was I impressed by her but by the entire staff. Everyone in that office wears a smile. Same scenario when I returned the vehicle. They seemed to enjoy their job. Definitely reccomend.

My rental was supposed to be with Hertz but they really dropped the ball. They couldnt find my rental information and then didnt have my vehicle. Enterprise saved the day! On short notice they provided a van and got me all set up. Thank you so much!!!

Would give NO STARS, but that was not an option!!!!We reserved a high top van 2 months in advance, and the day we went to pick it up, they had already given it away the day before. Had no explanation, or even apologized.We then took a regular 15 passenger van since our trip to Florida (We are in Oklahoma) was already paid for. That van was filthy, we had to clean it before we even left.We have rented from Enterprise for 6 years in a row for our annual trip.Will not ever use them again if we can help it.
In this area, rural, it doesnt work like in an urban area. If you need a rental while car is in the shop, forget it. You could live 7 miles from the repair shop and have to go the opposite direction 20 miles to get a rental. They dont come to pick up the rental when your car is finished and ready to pick up.So you drive 20 miles to the shop in some traffic, they drive back where yippy came from to your car. They need to change their advertisements because theyre wrong. Dont recommend in rural areas. Probably the same problem work all of them though
I had a good experience overall. The agents were friendly and helpful, although they didnt have a car for me at my appointed time and I had to set and wait 45 minutes. Consequently they bumped me up to a bigger and better car than I had booked.

I have used cars fron the Cashe road office several times. I have always had good experiences and never had anything like the several occurrences posted here. I know that no business has a perfect 5 Star record. I have to wonder if the experiences these people have had are as bad as they portray. Matter of fact in the next coupe of days, I will be renting a SUV for a week trip. Ill give a true rating when I return the car.
Quick in and out. They had all my stuff ready when I got there and were extremely nice. The car was in great shape, minus floor mats and the slight smell of a wet dog. I emptied a can of Lysol on the inside and took care if it.
My experience with Enterprise this time, like all other times in the past was OUTSTANDING. They picked me up on the day of rental and dropped me off on the day of return, very friendly staff and truly dedicated to meeting members needs. They, without hesitation gave me a free vehicle upgrade because they were out of the class of vehicle in which I rented. Other car rental companies I have dealt with in the past have made me wait upwards of two hours until a vehicle in the class I rented for was returned. I will stay with Enterprise car rentals, definitely a class act.

Experience with Enterprise was terrible experience the manager Jessica treated me as if I was a child they close at noon and it does not the time that I prefer to pick it up it is convenient for them I asked if I could return it couple hours later pass at 24 hours and she made a scene in front of the entire customers sitting outside she said verbatim Naji we talked about this before as if I was a child I asked to speak to her in person not in front of everyone therefore she should have respected me as well a customer should be treated like a customer not like an enemy I felt like I was treated like an enemy one time I rented a vehicle and when I returned it back they charged my credit card $700 accusing me of an accident for a small scratch they opened an investigation and it turned out that scratch was it from a previous claim from a different customer but they try to charge it to me that is what I call bad customer service when you dont look in your books and records and you blame new customers customers likes to be treated with dignity and respect is all what I am asking for . Im renting not stealing

Whether it has been a family vacation or emergency I have received the best rates and have always been satisfied with my car rental services.
You cannot get a car with a full tank of gas. They give you half a tank and say bring it back with half. It is a scam as you can easily fill a tank but only ending at half a tank is difficult, so they benefit from you returning the car with more fuel. Lawton Ok location.

Had the new impala, not pleased with it. HUGE blind spot on both sides plus rear view about the size of a matchbox. Hard to get in and out of for a six t tall person. The air conditioning the only good i can say about this car.

I have never looked at the license plates of any of my rentals but after this last trip I will be doing that from now on. Drove over 600 miles just to get to a military base checkpoint and be told my tags where expired. Had to go to the nearest enterprise office and get a replacement vehicle. This should never happen

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. My wifes brothers 2month old son had died and was in need of a car to get me to MN. I had booked a reservation through the Enterprise website, i had received a call from Enterprise who told me i wouls have to pick up at airport which ment i would have to pay for parking. I told them this would not work so if they would transfer my reservation to the Cache store they told me No (the lady was very disrespectful). I told them ok I would cancel the reservation (since there was no cancellation fee) with them and book with the Cache store, I did. The next morning they tell me this mini van was not available anymore (morning of travel) but I could have a Surburban for an extra 10 dollars a day, I agreed but once I got there he up charged another 40 dollars a day. This is the manager I am working with. I then asked him why he told me 10 dollars a day, he then said he was giving me a deal because the Surburban was supposed to be 150 a day, I then asked him again and showed him my initial reservation which was 521 and told him it should be 600 total. I told him I was done and left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE EMPLOYEES, MANGER ARE JUST LOOKING TO SCREW YOU OVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IS NONE!!!!

The service was good, however the rental cars are small and the Nissan Rouge had seats that felt like sitting on grain feed bags. Horrible.
