Do NOT recommend!! I would give this zero stars if I could! My husband asked for a skin fade. His hairdresser, an older lady with long blonde/white hair, literally shaved his hair off way high past his ears and left a CROOKED line on the back of his head (she spun him around so he wouldn’t see what she was doing). One side is longer than the other and it is definitely NOT a fade. It looks SO awful that we are having to shave the remaining hair off. Please do NOT go here if you are wanting to get a military cut. I am extremely stumped, and not to mention angry, by how much of an awful job this hairdresser did.

Me and my family walked into this store and were greeted with disgruntled employees who were extremely unprofessional. We checked in and were told that someone would come to our car and get us when it was time. After an hour of waiting, I went back into the store to see what was taking so long. They said that they waved us in and that they didnt come to the car. Finally, we sat in the chairs to get our haircuts. We asked for a shampoo, cut, and dry. We were told that they didnt have enough time for a shampoo, despite being an hour and a half before the posted closing time. The stylists were rude, glaring at us the entire time. Do not go here.

I showed up at 7:40 for a hair cut, the door was locked and the barber lady came to the door and said they were already closed, even though it says on the door that they close at 8 pm.She was nice enough, but just refused to cut my hair or take my cash.

They were very nice and the wait wasnt long.

I told a little girl on the way out to go to the lady i used and she would look as good as me, she screamed and ran out,but im 70 and she was 5 or 6.

Walk-in, they said come back in an hour. Did that, rechecked in to let them know we have returned in the time frame they said. Then when a chair was available they took someone from the bottom of the list, when corrected they acted as if they didnt know how the order of check-in worked. Diffinetly rude and condescending and not very educated in client services. What the Hell happened to Angela- please bring her back!!!!

Got haircut on walk-in. Stylists very professional and friendly. Place very clean. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The service is okay but they did not understand what i wanted and the hair stylist kept messing up on my hair and cut it wayy to short and it is not what i wanted at all and i have an important day tomorrow

Took 3 times to get appointment,finally got app,,for 2 pm,, checked in 5 mins till,,,at 2:30 still sitting in my car,so Ill be going somewhere else,dont overbook,your not a Dr,theres barbers on every other corner,,

Pretty fast even with the new policy on calling first. Its generally a minute to a hour top. They do excellent work too.

My husband just got the worst haircut of his life here. He asked for a low skin fade and ended up with some weird type of high and tight that looks awful. Its uneven and she didnt even brush any of the cut hair off of him.If someone asks for a fade and you dont know how to do it, say something, dont just wing it.

After my grandfather passed away I went here to straighten up my hair. It is customary for my culture to cut your hair after a loved one passes. And the stylist was awesome!! She handled me with care and was wonderful conversation!! She made me feel right at home!! I loved my new do!! It was absolutely liberating to have the experience I did!! Thank you!!

My fiancé and I both came in and the same person was able to help both of us rather quickly! We didn’t call to make an appointment so it was a nice surprise to be able to get started right away. My hair felt smooth and bouncy and his was in just the style he wanted. He was able to get his fade exactly the way he wanted as well as some facial hair trimming too. We will be coming back. I am not one to write a stank review but I just sat there for over an hour with my autistic son waiting to get his hair cut. I understand that people schedule appointments and that’s fine but when you have two employees that were supposed to be there at 10:45 and it’s now 30 minutes later and still nothing. Super professional people. I only gave a 2 because last time charity did a good job with him. Thank you for wasting our time together before I have to go to work.

After being with one hair dresser for over 10 yrs n she retired it took a while to find another one that knew their craft. I have short hair and most hair cutters want to just cut it like a man’s hair! Finally found Angel! Went to her for the last 5 years. She’s the sweetest person n great at haircuts. Now I have to find another one as I’ve moved away. Sad to say I didn’t get to say goodbye.

Absolutely terrible listening. Asked for a light trim. Barber completely hacked away at it like nothing.

Received insultingly bad haircuts 3x in a row over the past couple of years. Asked for military cut each time. Got conehead cut. Bozo the clown cut. And sliced on the throat after telling them to stay away from the front of my neck. Next Time, Im bringing pepper mace to make it clear that no means no.
