Not as good as before

So as a new customer, just walking in, I already had some concerns. Combs were used on multiple clients. That utterly terrified me, not surprised though. It was a $15 haircut, makes sense. Before starting my haircut, I had a consult with a stylist with naturally silver hair, (never introduced herself). She assured me that my desired cut was achievable. However, I had to repeat myself multiple times that I wanted a even short bob style. During my cut, she proceeded to check a customer out which involved money handling. Short staffed, I get it. However, she then tried to stick her hands back into my hair right after, I was so disgusted & asked her immediately to wash her hands. I am concerned for the well being of the people receiving cuts from this salon. Sanitation is one of the most important rules in cosmetology. I still tipped her after the cut, & went on about my day. If you care about your health, don’t go here.

Had to get a Haircut, the Guy there did a Awesome Job.

The stylist was 5 minutes late and we had to wait for an additional 5 minutes for her to get her stuff together. And she did not complete the cut. Very unhappy. Never going back!

Essence preformed magic on my hair today!I have naturally very dark hair and enjoy being blonde... My hair had a 1.5 inch grow out and brass halos throughout. I have neglectedy hair for a few years now and have left tons of salons crying and spending a lot of $$$. I have found my stylist, had fun while in the salon and left with a huge smile on my face.

SmartStyle is a wonderful place to go to get your hair done I recommend Randy he is an excellent hair stylist

This place is always a little messy and unsanitary. They put my spouse into a chair with the previous customers hair all over it. They left him in a chair with shampoo on his head for about twenty minutes. The stylist who greeted us pointed at the sign when we asked about services. She didnt say a word. My spouse is disabled and wasnt able to understand the sign. The person had no way of knowing this, but this was very rude of her not to say a word. Fyi, the rude person is not pictured.

Love Connie she is such a sweet lady. I even started having my daughter go to her. She takes her time and really cares about her clients

I went to get my hair cut to day. The stylist did a horrible job on my hair. One side is completely longer than the other. She stayed distracted the entire time
