Been here for a while now and I have to say at first everyone was so welcoming. Come to find out they will somehow find a way to run you dry from rent. They gave me a promo for the move in special and ever since then, it has been horrible! They gave me a refer a friend discount supposedly, claimed I had been late or had lingering fee’s when I have always paid what they have told me, as well as being on time! I ended up having to cough up an extra rent amount because I had finally paid off my rent from last month. Bugs are easily attracted to here, doesn’t matter if the apartment is spotless or not. Maintenance is alright. It’s probably amazing for a starter home but that’s only if you’re okay with being jipped from of your money.

I have lived here for two years and I find the maintenance is good and the people here are friendly! Whenever I need anything done, its quickly and expertly done to my satisfaction! My renewal paperwork was also done quickly and explained to me so I could understand! Thank you personnel here for making my living here enjoyable and I love the friendly people employed here!

Good space for the money. Not modern, but definitely well kept and interesting floor plans. We moved from the back to the front of the property where it is quiet and nicer too. Maybe the younger people are in the back. Anyway, my apartment was clean and had new appliances. The office staff seems friendly and helpful. The maintenance men will fix what breaks. Like I said, I get a lot for little money and Im saving. Open the pool already! :)

Cannot seem to give less than one star. After a year they have still not provided us with a mailbox key. A burner has needed replaced for 9 months and theres a clearly audible leak in the bathroom wall for 6 months thats been all but completely ignored. The neighbors are loud, there is nothing near the appartment. This appartment complexthas I been a worse experience than welfare income based housing was.

There is nothing great about this place. Its just a place to hang your hat. My rent goes up every year 10 to 20 dollars every time I sign a new lease. Its supposed to be all bills paid if you pay an extra 80 dollars to your rent but that extra is actually for your bill. If you go over that they send you a notice for you to pay the amount and you get a small window of time to pay it or they squeeze an extra 25 dollars out of your pockets to add insult to injury. Very deceptive term all bills paid(buy the tenant). I guess 80 dollars is reasonable in the heart of summer lol. I Will not be signing another lease. This place cares more about the dollar bill than the tenants. If you put in a work order it never gets done unless you hound management about. I feel like they are exploiting people who dont qualify to get a place anywhere else. I been here since early 2017 and Ive and seen alot of shady stuff go on here. They know there are alot of people that dont have a choice but to live here, Im not one of them, but its a revolving door for alot of people that come here.

These apartments are a joke. Maybe some of them are nice, but most of them are old, leaky, and disgusting. I steam cleaned my carpet every single pay day. There was not enough cleaning products in the world that would keep that apartment clean. I never kept food in my apartment for longer than 24 hours because the bugs were infested in that place. Every time they came to spray, the bugs went from one apartment to the other. The parking lot was so damaged at some places that I had vehicle damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. Every time it rained, it only got worse. The walls are thin, the people are loud. Theres fighting, kids running around at all hours of the night. No respect whatsoever. Of course, you get what you pay for.

Walls are thin.The people are loud. The office does not care. My wife and I moved out due to problems with the office. Apartments are small. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Those apartments have turned in to a ghetto. Loud music at night, loud talking, weed smoking, people loitering all day and oh yeah, the occasional gun fire. Yeah its a ghetto.

A lot of crime activity things rarely get fixed one of the managers is rude paying rent is more difficult than it should be

I have lived here a long while and I ask and ask for things to get fixed...they come but never get things done

Its loud all night and day, one neighbor plays loud music during the day, the other one during the late night, so when one stops, another starts, its ridiculous, thats my only complaint, but its so stupid that they just play it loud as they want

Walls Are Very Thin Bed Bugs Problems always ask for things to get fixed and they will take more than two weeks
