I live here now they are awesome it feels good to have a home with your kids after staying in a homless shelter for so long with a 1 an 2 yr old they gave me a chance and a blessing everything is new as well

Around 2 years ago me and my kids were in need for housing. This was the only place willing to work with me and help us.They had us moved in within a couple days. The management and maintenance are very friendly, respectful and professional. Anytime I had a maintenance related issue, they got on it right away.I highly recommend deerpark housing for anyone out there in need of newly renovated apartments ran under great management.

I just moved into these apartments and i love them. Everything in the apartment is new and the office manager Mr. Derrick is cool and very understanding and got us in quick.The people are friendly so far and You better get your application in quick cause these apartments are going fast

I came to visit a friend and these apartments are so clean and nice ! I didn’t expect that from from an income based complex ! And I felt safe with all the security and cameras !

Dont move here they thru out a disabled person who only wanted WINDOWS in her place!!! She has a companion dog to which her Dr Hall had the papers to fill out since December. 25 n never did fill out to give office. She has COPD so in certain weather hot to cold n vs her lungs close up on her she doesnt leave apt cuz she has panic attacks. During winter office was told she cant do mornings too cold they still scheduled her morning appts.. they already EVICTED 90% of the people! Do you think thats fair???
