I contacted this business on 10/6 and asked for a price quote. The owner, Bill, immediately asked where did you here about us which signaled to me he was interested in providing good customer service, which is a great sign. I decided to take my car there for him to do the window tinting. We dropped the car off, Bill said it would take 45 minutes, and we walked to the Peruvian restaurant to spend the time there and eat a little. We came back after an hour and a half, and the car was out in front and looked great. It took all of a minute to pay Bill, and were all set. Ive had other tint jobs before and this was the easiest of them all. Nice professional guy and he did outstanding work.

There are many tin places in atlanta. But this place is the best. Forget all the rest just go here make it easy on yourself. Seriously.

I was recommended to the Tint Machine by a friend who’d gotten tints here. I got the front 2 windows of my car tinted for only $70, and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish. They did a great job and worked fast, and I’d highly recommend them to anybody looking for a tint shop. If I ever need tints in the future I’d definitely come back.

I recently took my SUV here for tint. I called on a Saturday morning and they let me come in the same day. It took about two hours, as they said. The guys were friendly and the tint job looks good. I’ll be interested to see how it helps in the summer. Got the ten year warranty, so I’m confident that they will properly address any issues that may arise.

I had found The Tint Machine on Groupon and thought it was a good deal but ended up not being able to use it since it only applied on the weekdays so I ended up just going with their regular price and the 10 year warranty tint, which came out to be around $245 in the end. The customer service was excellent and the person I met with even showed up on time for my first project of the day appointment.Aside from that, the reason why Im giving this business a 1 star rating is because of the carelessness that was taken while in the process of applying the tint to my brand new car. I had bought a brand new Mercedes coupe (not even having it for over 3 months) and just realized today, while in direct sunlight, that the leather on my door panel has a portion of it that was scraped. Now were not talking about the face of the door panel but the part that sits right behind the window. Im not sure how much this repair is going to cost but to any car enthusiasts or anyone who drives a luxury vehicle would know the detrimental feeling of having their car damaged by the carelessness of a service provider. In addition to this damage to my leather, the tint on my moon roof has already started to bubble at the corner and just a warning for anyone considering this business, you will get your car back with over spray of chemical on the interior of your car. I have an all leather interior and one day when I about to detail the interior of my car outside in daylight, I noticed all these spots on the side of my driver & passenger seats along as on the door panels. All you have to do is look at your interior of your car in the sun and youll start to see how much they really cared for your car.If you drive a luxury vehicle, are a car enthusiast or just want good quality work from people that care about your car, then I would not recommend this business.

I just had bought my first car and decided to tint the windows so I went online and found this company ( The Tint Machine ) I met with the guy in person and I asked him about the laws concerning tints and he absolutely didnt know anything about the laws not nothing long story short I ended up getting a ticket after spending $250 for my tints gave the guy a call told him about the ticket I got just for him to tell me that its gone cost me another $125 dollors for them to correct it ( The Tint Machine ) Listen dont spend your money with this one because of there lack of knowledge because once you get a ticket The Tint Machine gone make you pay when its really there fault I feel like they tried to take advantage of me and now Im out $250The Tint Machine in Snellville Ga Enter at your own risk.

Purchased a groupon a month and a half ago, i called to schedule the appointment and the rude receptionist answered ‘ how can i help you’ with her attitude but never said the business name so i hoped i was calling the right place. Did exactly as the groupon said and mentioned it for scheduling. She then said they no longer take groupon. I advised her that i already paid, did she know what i need to do or if i can schedule since i have already paid. Her response was she didn’t know i just need to call them (groupon). I didn’t appreciate her attitude and if i paid $140 for the groupon i would think that she would offer me the cost without the groupon but i had to ask her.. so how much does it cost? She was like well i don’t know. Whats your care make and model . I told her and she said $175 dollars... now that’s not far off what i paid so why not keep my business because obviously i want my window tinted. Her attitude was terrible, and i was so turned off by this point because it just sounded like i was bothering her by calling to pay my money to make an appointment. At that point i told her I’d just call back and i just hung up. Called groupon and they didn’t even know that this place is no longer taking Groupons!! Smh... i would have just paid ... really should get someone else to answer the phone because I’ve read amazing review about the guy who actually does the tint.. i heard he’s nice and amazing at what he does .. it’s a shame that he had to lose business because of his receptionist .

Terrible service, made an appointment for a groupon over the phone for a Tuesday at 4pm. Upon arrival they told me I had no appointment and I was not on the calendar. Bill told me he didnt know which employee I spoke with that made the appt., He did not tell me his name on the phone. I immeaditly got a refund for the groupon since Bill did nothing to relieve the situation and just said make another appt. Funny that I should expect good service when they cant even schedule a damn appt. I took time off work for this and furthermore upon reading reviews on groupon they use a worse quality product for them admitted by an employee.

This company is HORRIBLE. Lets begin with there customer service. When i called to make a appointment, as soon as the lady found out i was a Groupon customer her mood changes (for the worst). She was very short with me, also she states Groupon people only can book appointments Mon- Weds. When i asked her whats the difference between a Groupon customer and a regular customer...she replies your discount. So then she start trying to upcharge me before i even come in, stating you will get the cheap window film but we offer better for additional $20 a window. Itll be another $75 on top of what you already paid. i laughed and hung up. Please note i have (2000 Hyundai Tiburon) the car isnt big, and i dont have tint already, so there nothing extra needed to be done. I PLAN TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS. WOW...I WOULD RATHER BAKE IN THE SUN, THAN GET TINT FROM THEM.
