We loved the quality of our monster truck inflatable. There were a few things frustrating about the company. They are very hard to get ahold of and take awhile to respond to emails and calls, but they were super understanding when we had a date mixup which made up for it!The inflatable was next level. Great condition. Clean. I wish they offered drop off and set up services because the logistics was a nightmare, and their pickup and drop off times are so restrictive (7am-9am) but all and all I’d recommend them!- EDIT: Hello, Im actual husband here. I changed my wifes 4/5 rating to 5/5 because the frustrating things were small. They made a date change for us no problem. Operations for pickup and drop off were smooth. And everyone now knows Im the coolest dad in neighborhood. So, 5/5 for easy of use, setup and all the memories we made. Good job.

Dont waste your time or money.Its very costly for the amount of work you have to do yourself.Pick it up - you need a truck or trailer because it wont fit in a car.You have to roll it back up and load it on your truck/trailer and it is EXTREMELY HEAVY. When you pick it up, it is loaded for you by a FORK LIFT. My personal experience, we had a huge storm over the weekend that we rented the bounce house, it didnt even get used. We followed all the directions saying to keep it running/inflated while raining and overnight however the quality of the material is old and bad and so much water seeped through and into the bounce house. When we tried to roll it up the next day, it was IMPOSSIBLE. When i contacted their customer service, which Im assuming is the owner (Pam) she told me they can come pick it up for me for $175! I already paid nearly $500 to rent the bounce house, 20 chairs (half of them were dirty, we had to clean ourselves), 2 tables (old and VERY used) and a Snow Cone machine (that we didnt even use). She was no help at all and she actually said, my husband loads those by himself which considering this one was loaded by a fork lift when I came to pick it up means that she is married to either The Hulk, Super Man or The Rock. Either way, this thing is extremely heavy so we had to actually crawl into the bounce house and suck the water out with a wet vac. Took forever. Then somehow roll it up and LIFT it onto a trailer to take back. Believe me when i say, this was a MESS and NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY. Go find a place that delivers/picks up their items.

Action Packed was amazing! We chose to pick up and drop off our inflatable. All information was clearly written out for us on how to unload, put together, maintain, and clean up. The pick up and drop off was seamless and super easy. The inflatable was just what we needed for our Back to School Bash. We will definitely do business here again. Thanks Action Packed!

We rented a water slide and the kids loved it! Definitely heavy so make sure you have friends who can help load it. All directions were very clear for setting up and taking down.

This place is amazing! When I went to pick up/drop off the waterslide, it took less than 5 minutes and they load it/unload it for you. I got the 22ft waterslide and I definitely suggest having quite a few people to help you with it because it is soooo heavy! The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with is the fact that I couldn’t reschedule although I saw that they had the next weekend still available. I understand that’s their policy, but I really wish I could’ve had it rescheduled. It rained so much over the weekend so I was only able to get on the waterslide 1-2 times (for less than an hour) and the yard was so muddy from the storms so it was super hard and messy to set up and take down. Because of that, it definitely wasn’t worth the $475 that I paid. But if it wasn’t raining, it would have been so worth it! I’d definitely wait as long as possible before putting in a deposit, that way you have time to see how the weather will be. Although I feel like I wasted a lot of money because I didn’t get on it much, I would still definitely use Action Packed Parties again. The people that work there are so nice and they have the best prices, especially when you can keep it all weekend!Side note: If you’re thinking about getting the 22ft waterslide, it’s so tiring! It’s super fun but it takes a lot of effort to keep climbing up it since it’s so tall. And the slide is really steep so I wouldn’t really recommend it for kids because of how hard you hit the water at the bottom.

Best pricing in Atlanta, and very friendly staff/great customer service. Their 3-day weekend rental is the best deal available, if you have a minivan, SUV, truck/trailer to pick up and return the item. I did it with my minivan.

The bounce house was great. But we tried to roll it up and take it back. And it was impossible. They have to come get it now and want to charge 175$ to come down the road to get it. They do no setup/ pickup and don’t care that it was impossible for us to get it up. Won’t get anymore business from us. And we will be letting everyone we know not to use this company.

I rarely write reviews, but in these uncertain times we have to support our local businesses. I have rented from them every year for the past 5 years. This year we had to have a Covid party (no friends allowed), but my kids still had a great time. The staff there are friendly and have the best prices. Where else can you rent a bounce castle for the entire weekend for $109? Keep in mind you have to be able to pick it up and return it. It is heavy so you have to be willing to put in a little hard work. I have 3 kids so Ill be back in a couple months. Payments can now be made online. That made a big difference since I never carry cash. Thanks again to the team at Action Packed Parties. Keep up the Great work.

Our grandkids love the house,, they jumped until they were exhausted. Online booking was a little confusing but I recieved a call what I thought I paid for to rent was not available. My husband picked up and dropped off. They were not providing delivery.

I had called various party rentals in search of a Super Mario Brothers bounce house to no avail. If you chose customer pick up and drop off, you can keep the inflatable all weekend which makes for happy kiddos. First time renting from them and probably wouldnt go anywhere else. The pick up price is just unbeatable. We did have some problems where the house would deflate on us here and there, I think having the second blower would help with the 5-1 but it actually made it a little more fun.

This place has went down hill after new management stepped in ..I have ordered from this place for years..Tried working some deals and the lady who answers the phone is very short and simple..You can tell she doesn’t enjoy her job! I’m not sure if it use to be the actual owner I use to deal with but the lady that a answer all calls and handles the owners business is definitely going to have this company lose a lot of business ! Been waiting for days to figure out what we are going to do regarding renting a water slide ...After owner approved for us to rent I called back trying to make reservations several days later ..He or she decides to change his/her mind ..We were quite frustrated dealing with this rude receptionist and quite disturb how careless she was so I said something to my daughter while she had me hold..I’m sure she told the owner some non sense because right after they decided they couldn’t deliver ! We been using this place for a long time and sadly they just lost a good customer!!

Though it was extremely early (5:00am) it was a pleasure working with this company. They explain everything to you on the set up. I will say if you get the extremely large two pieces, pay the extra for set up and pickup. Set up wasn’t that bad once you figure it out. But those things are EXTREMELY heavy! I will definitely use them in the future!

Awesome customer service! I ordered online and everything went just as planned. They called me a few days before to let me know that they will be super busy on pickup day to see if I would like to come earlier, but their crew was very efficient and fast! Took only a few minutes to pickup. We were given a personal phone number just in case we had any issues over the weekend. Never had any issues and no complaints! The online pick up experience was horrible. These are not meant for SUVs. I have a huge 8 passenger SUV and this was a painful process for my husband. No one tells you it takes 3-4 men to load and unload the bouncy house. Not to mention, they gave us the wrong banner for my daughters birthday. When I called back about that, I was told I would have to drive all the way back to get the one that I originally ordered. Luckily, my SUV has a trailer hitch. We had to spend the extra money to rent a uhual trailer to put the bouncy house in. This was such a stressful and frustrating process. When asked if they could deliver it, they were to busy to deliver it. My daughter enjoyed the bouncy house for the weekend. But, the pick up process was not worth the pain and stress. Very disappointed. Dont pick up unless you have a Truck and help to setup.

WOW!!! Amazing company! Customer service was off the charts wonderful! Their very friendly crew loaded/unloaded the inflatable and provided all the additional equipment (extension cord, sandbags, stakes. etc) Self setup was simple with the easy to read instructions. (They even called the night before drop off to inform me of the incoming rain) We will definitely be renting from Action Packed Parties again!

I got there at 6:30 am to pick up my order and was back on the road at 6:35am headed home. It only took 2 of us to setup the bounce house/water slide in about 30- 45 minutes. The kids and adults had a blast for 2 days with no issues whatsoever. The adults probably had more fun but, were all beat up after 2 days of playing. Take down was easy but, make sure all the water is out from the inside too before trying to get it folded nice and tight. It took 4 grown men to lift it back into my truck. Got there to drop it off and was gone in 5 mins. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be getting our future bounce houses/water slides from Action Packed Parties.

So this is the second year I have rented from this company. They are close by so it is convenient. The prices are average. This year I needed a bounce house and a couple tables for my daughters bday so used my uncles large truck. He is a Vietnam veteran who served our country for over 20 years! I did not appreciate the girl who walked up to me after looking at the license plate and asking who is from Florida. I told her this is my uncles truck I live here in Georgia. She said I need proof you don’t live in Florida because “we don’t deal with Florida people”..... that was such a rude and insulting comment. Especially when the truck from Florida is covered in veteran flags. I showed her proof of address and then I asked why she didn’t give me an issue last year... she said she didn’t believe I used them before I told her not only did I use them but she was the one who helped me. She did seem very tired and confused so I guess she was having a bad day. Upon return I was told my bounce house was wet. It was morning dew... I never wet the bounce house I’m not sure why anyone would want a wet bounce house... to be honest I really didn’t care that they kept my 25$ deposit I was more insulted with the Florida comment. The elderly ladies who answer the phone are always nice I think they should handle the clients not the old man or the little girl. Either way I will probably just go to Buford next time I found a place that drops off and picks up for the same price....

I’ve rented from them 3 times in the passed and they were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and fair pricing. They went out of there way to accommodate me when bad weather occurred so needless to say I will definitely be a repeat customer and let others know as well.

Rented the 18 ft double down slide, played on it for 2 hours and it developed a hole in it, we hadnt done anything that we werent supposed, called Jimmy the owner on Saturday, he was there with in the hour with a bigger slide (22 footer) than what we had,needless to say we had a blast the rest of the weekend.Jimmy and his wife are really good people, i cant say enough. Look forward to renting from them again and would highly recommend.
