I love this laundrmat. Its quiet and the price is low to wash. Its a clean laundromat. The lady who works there was very nice. Machines are a bit older but they get your clothes super clean.

Wash my clothes and dry them twice because they were not cleaned or dry. when I took them out the second time I told the rude older lady with the gray hair in the front and she had the most nastiest attitude I would never come back to this place again I dont know if she has a issue with people of different cultures or what but if something definitely off about this business

This nice elderly proprietor actually returned a good amount of cash I left in my pockets. Jeans well dried, nice folding, reasonably priced. No love, but honesty and good service is all I wanted.Facilities? Its a laundromat.

Have been going here for years if you understand the rules no drying only you will never have a problem here. It may not be fancy it up like other places but it does the job. As far as laundromats are concerned I dont expect the Ritz-Carlton. I just want to place to fold wash and dry my clothes. I have used her all inclusive service wash dry and fold. It was awesome less expensive than anywhere else. You couldnt ask for a nicer owner despite what some of these other people have to say that just wanted to dry their clothes. They should read the rules no dry only

The business is clean, all machines functional, clean and dry your cloths as they should. Ms Sue the owner is very helpful, ALWAYS polite and very accommodating. She even sell large trash bags to bag uour clothing, a couple times she has given me 1 or 2 for free. My only problem is Im hot natured and the air conditioning is not used at times. Other than that I will continue to PATRON this establishment...Thank you

Always felt welcomed. The lady is nice and always greets us when we walk in. She even know which washer and dryer we use and tells us when we walk in if its in use or not. Last couple of reviewers should follow the rule. Her sign clearly says wash AND dry. How is she suppose to know if you gonna wash your clothes her unless you bring it in. As far as the broken machine she is joking. She has done that to me multiple times. Yes the facility is old but service is great.

Will never patronize this establishment. Knowing that it was close to most laundromat closing times I called at 7:17 and asked when the last wash was. The lady that answered advised me it was 7:30, I said good, Im on my way. I only had 1 blanket I normally wash at home but my large items I do at the landomat. Also, because I left in such a hurry, I left my soap so that would have been additional money I would be spending with them. I arrive at 7:27 the door is locked. The lady looks and motions shes closed I continue standing at the door then she comes to the door and speaks through the door that she is closed. I said I just talked to you on the phone and you said the last wash was 7:30 its 7:27 and I held up my phone. She proceeds to tell me no and would not let me in. Im mad has hell.Now yes, it was late however I have been ill and just got some energy to get out of bed. Also, I called and if she was going to have the door locked prior to 7:30, she should have made that known on the phone and I would have saved my energy for another say. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I will continue to do my large loads down the street at the other landomat. Good luck with that attitude.

Fun place to do laundry. Old arcade games (you can play Galaga for a quarter!) and a pool table.

I used wash, dry, fold. Everything done on time. Clothes folded so well they had no wrinkles. Owner professional, polite, helpful and friendly.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! The woman who runs this place is rude and nasty. My husband went to wash laundry on Sunday and it’s advertised on her door that she closes at 8PM and last wash is 6:45PM. Now to my understanding that means that no one can wash after 6:45PM and that the establishment will be open UNTIL 8:00PM. My husband was there before 6:45 waited with his clothes and once done washing he then put them in the dryer for an hour and a half. He needed to run to the store so he made sure to put a timer on his phone so he could be back before his clothes were done drying. He returned to this run down nasty establishment at 7:30PM and she was CLOSED! My husband could see from the door that his dryer was still going. So he calls me and I give the place a call and no one picks up. I of course was quite upset because my husband travels over the road and is gone for short stents of time and needed his clothes. I called as soon as they opened the following morning and this rude woman answers the phone. I ask if she’s open and she says yes, I then ask her what time does she close on Sundays? She tells me after last wash. I said well my husband was your last wash and you left before he could retrieve his clothing, and why would you leave if you saw that his dryer was still going and it was before your ADVERTISED CLOSING HOURS? Her exact words “IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LAUNDRY I DONT CARE”! I said okay I will see you in about 5 minutes. I go inside and she is already ready to argue with me yelling that she told my husband before not to leave his stuff blah blah blah. Which is funny to me because I’ve never met this woman so how would she even know who my husband is and we’ve never washed at this establishment prior to this happening. I explain to her that her door says she closes at 8PM so she should be there until 8PM and if she can’t do that then she needs to advertise that she leaves whenever she feels like it. She told me she didn’t want my business anyone and that I needed to leave. Well RUDE lady you never have to worry about that because I will never be returning to your nasty, run down establishment with an owner to match.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!My dryer at home stop working so i needed a laundromat. The woman owner explained you could only use the dryers when you wash there because of issues of abuse .I understood but instead of at the very least considering a concession she proceeded to be very rude and condensending.

The owner is very polite! This place I can always depend on. They have Cruisin The World (hell yeah!), a pool table, and a vending. Right next to a Philly connection:P

I needed a very large machine for a bulky item. They had them and they did a good job. Lady at the front desk was also very helpful.

I love washing here. About to go now.

The place is small and older equipment. Housecleaning could be improved but the equipment works and the owner is very friendly.

Very very dirty, the machines are old but that is beyond the problem I keep seeing great customer service but where? The Asian lady is rude! I literally said something about the washers time being only 5m and she proceeded to say something about me complaining and Im like Wow, there is something wrong with your machine and I am complaining. Never again.

On this particular day I didnt need to wash. Just wanted to dry to get a few wrinkles out of an outfit. I had money in hand, ready to pay until the lady on duty stopped me to say that you cannot dry if you had not washed. Ill go elsewhere from from on.
