This is the best laundromat I ever went to and Im 58 so Ive gone to a lot!! Martha, the owner, is great. She cares about the facility but people may interpret this as being bossy. Shes ensuring that everything is kept in pristine condition. It doesnt matter that she now charges for the dryers. You get your moneys worth with them because they are in great condition and dry quickly. She treats everyone fairly, is not prejudiced at all. I am grateful she looks out for her customers and does not permit people to only dry their clothes there.

ATM in house, all products you would need for clean clothes, coin machine that is always in operation, and two clean bathrooms.Martha, the owner, is an extremely friendly and helpful human being. She works tirelessly, and is always here with a smile and ready to help.The machine here are clean, they don’t have that old, dirty water smell most places do.A friendly tip, don’t slam the machine doors, give them the nice, gentle push they need to do their job.

The woman here does not care about reviews so this may not help change her bad attitude....but here goes...I am a regular customer and I have seen others curse her out for being rude and pushy and then laughing it off. However today I paid for a dryer and put my clothing inside, not 5 minutes later did this woman take my clothes out of the dryer before it stopped and allow another customer to use the same dryer.I had only went to the car.Then she throws a dollar my way and says here! As if that means I am good with her. Beware. The laundromat is nice but the customer service is pathetic.

I was letting them cool down, they had been in there for 45 minApparently if you dont look and sound Hispanic youre not as welcome here.Also ran into people using 8-10 washers at a time, but they spoke Spanish so the owner let them do whatever they want._________________Dryers are not free but overall I paid around $10 to wash and dry 2 weeks worth of clothing and towels.

My first time going to a laundromat and NEVER AGAIN! NOT a free drying service. Based on other reviews saying they offer free drying service, I came here because I only have a washer and needed to dry my clothes. I also had some clothing to wash that couldn’t be done in my small washer. When I tried using the dryer, the owner said (rudely) I was not allowed to use the dryers if I didn’t wash them at the laundromat first to protect her customers. Okay, I am fine with that but she still could’ve been more apologetic and understanding knowing it was my first time there. Also it’s like $11 to use the big washing machines which is kind of expensive as opposed to other places I’ve heard. Overall will not be returning here.

I love it here. The dryers are free. It’s always clean and seldom over crowded. I come because they have good customer service skills. They also sell a variety of vitamins and perfumes, other items. The loads start at $5.75 but they wash well and I don’t mind that when dryers are free and the washers are huge. And for those that can’t find the time, The also wash and fold clothes. Corrections I never noticed that there’s smaller washers for $2.75. That’s good to know because I had been saving my whites until I had a full load 😂5/25/19 well went back to do laundry and to my surprise the other customer has her dog in the laundromat while she washed. Not a service dog. It was all over the place. It ran at me and jumped, My Personal space should not have to be invaded because of someone else attachment to their pet. I am not an animal hater, I cannot have dogs jumping on me and I am afraid of them. I would never have come there if I would’ve known that they allow animals. While people love their pets, others should not have to put up with them. I was informed that the dog was an emotional support dog. This is a problem for people that are allergic or afraid of dogs for what ever reason, anyway, 7/1/19, I do see that they spray the dryers with disinfectant, gives you some peace, although most disinfectants have to set for (usually 10 minutes or more) I get the impression that it’s a regular practice. Anywho I moved out of the area but still drive the distance mainly because of the way it is operated and it’s always clean.

This is the cleanest, nicest launder mat that I have ever seen in my life. I enjoy going there. The dryers are free if you wash there. Owner is Awesome and she even has a debit card machine to pay for your wash.

The reviews are all accurate. The place itself is just fine, very clean facility. The lady who owns it however, is just super overbearing and comes over to tell you to be careful when it wasn’t even slammed. If she had a better attitude and treated her customers better and wasn’t so overbearing, it would be 5 stars. However, the male attendant who I believe is her some is very nice.

I came here twice with terrible experiences for both. My first visit, the laundry attendant kept following me around badgering about not slamming the doors, which I wasn’t.. and then she comes around again to tell me I couldn’t leave my basket by my clothes washing which made no sense.. my second visit I come AT 6pm then same lady tells me I can’t wash bc lady wash was at 6... it was 6:02 by the time I used the atm. I was embarrassed and frustrated. This established is clean but the attendant there is rude, uncompromising and a bully. I’ll never come here again and I’m recommending others as well.

The owner will literally HARASS you about how to and not to close the dryer doors ..saying not to close it bc there is a magnet there thatll close on its own. I went recently bc I was backed up on laundry and she worked my nerves. She literally harassed everyone! The machines are a little pricey but the dryers are free. Its convenient but her constant nagging makes it unpleasant. She follows behind everyone & gives demands. Not welcoming at all.

The establishment itself is clean but does not take any Covid precautions. The owner does not implement any mask requirements nor social distancing. It’s always extremely crowded causing a very unsafe environment. The owner is also extremely overbearing & condescending. Speaking to her customers as if they were children that needed scolding. I never appreciated her tone nor her hovering around you. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone for the lack of customer service/ inability to implement any type of social distancing.

At first I thought this place was too good be to true when I read they provided free use of dryers when you wash your laundry here. I wondered if they had quality machines or not. I went today and my expectations were completely exceeded in every area. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and very efficient. The cleanliness of the facility and machines was top notch. The machines were very high quality and they maintain them perfectly. I was encouraged to use multiple dryers to not overload so I would get the best possible dry cycle on each load. One cycle for each load was all I needed unlike some other laundromats. This is a very family oriented business and the customers were very friendly. I can see why they remain in business and why customers are so happy with them. I read a negative review before coming today and I can assure you that it was wrong and the claims made are false and they either misinterpreted something or were venting their frustrations with other things because I can confidently state this business is top notch.

This is the second time I come to this laundromat, and it will be MY LAST. The first time, the attendant claimed she saw us slamming the dryer door (not true), but nevertheless I apologized and went on my way. Thought I would give them a second chance, and today the same attendant - who was on the opposite side of the dryers - came to us to “kindly...remind us that we don’t have to slam the dryer doors because they have magnets”. I reminded her that we had the same conversation last time, and for that same reason I made sure NOT to slam any doors. However, she insisted she heard us from the other side. When I pointed out that there were other people around us, and that they MAY have been the ones to do it, she insisted it was us despite acknowledging that she didn’t actually see us. This lady was beyond rude, and instead of looking for people who are slamming doors, she should instead dedicate some of that time to reminding customers to wear their masks (which she herself wears below the chin). If I could give this business negative 5 stars, I would. Not only have they lost a customer, but also I’ll make sure not to recommend this place to friends or family.

I went to the laundromat to dry a couple wet coats and two pairs of jeans today and they told me that Im not allowed to use the dryers only.The young man came over and said you must wash and dry in order to use the dryer machines. I HAVE never heard of such a thing.... I will never come back to this place

My experience was awful! I asked “what time do you close”, the lady, who I think is the owner, cut me off and pointed at the dryer and said “you have 30 minutes”. I asked 3 times with the same response. I told her to quit being rude and she responded, “if you don’t like it don’t come back”, I repeated “quit being rude” and she then replied “then quit ruining my business”! Wow! She’s Hispanic; I’m black. Sorry, I’m not sorry, but yes, I don’t have to spend my dollars at an establishment that claims I am ruining her business. My question was simple and it deserved a better response. I’m sure her Mexican customers will continue to support, but black people “you are ruining her business!” To bad her attitude sucks!!!

Awful experience. The owner needs to learn a few things about customer service. First, she decides to speak to me about slamming the dryer door when I never even touched it. She then proceeded to yell at my mother and cause a scene. When asked to pull her mask over her nose, she decided it would be better to take it off instead which is simply unacceptable in the current climate. Another customer came in and the owner continued to yell at us and include herself in our conversation instead of being attentive to her customer’s needs. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment based on her behavior alone.

This Laundromat has FREE DRYING!!! One of the awesome things about this place. The owner is always very helpful and if your forgot your detergent or you need a snack it is available for purchase at a good price! Also if you need to run errands or don’t have time to wait around and do your own laundry, you can drop it off and pick it up later when it is done! It is slightly more expensive than doing your own laundry, but it’s worth it for the time you get out of it. You can’t get back time after all. Would recommend to anyone :)

As a full time RVer, I have been to a lot of laundry mats across the country. This one, by far, is the cleanest with optimally operating machines. I was able to wash 7 large blankets for 11.00. Drying is free! And the dryers do a great job in 30 minutes! Highly recommend! Thank you!

This is the laundromat Ive ever been too. The dryers are free which is great. If you have big bills, they have a machine that breaks them down into smaller bills which is very convenient. They also have reasonably priced detergent and bleach if you forget yours.Ive only been here once, Im going to make this my regular laundromat from now on.

This is a clean laundry, the Spanish lady who is the owner did a great job keeping it clean but, I wish she could keep her attitude as clean.I washed a pair of Tennis shoes in the washer and when its time for me to dry them, she said I cannot dry them in the dryer. When I asked why, she said they will messed up the dryer. I have been washing clothes and shoes in laundry for the last 17 years in washer machine, I have never, ever find a owner restrict me from drying my tennis shoes. She proceeded to say its her policy when I asked to see the policy so I can take a picture of it, she went off and said its in the wall somewhere just find it. I looked everywhere on that wall I cannot see a policy that stated not to dry tennis shoes in the dryer. Then she showed me this picture below...theres more to this story that I dont have time to write it all. I also witnessed her saying to a white guy who came to dry his clothes that she does not need his money for him to leave...people keep you in business I said, how come you say you dont need his money. Thats when she went off on me at first.Oh, when I asked her to see the policy, she wanted to call the police to kick me out. She said you lucky I havent called the police to get you out. She is a racist, arrogant, and rude. This is why I support Americans business so much because they have whats called Customer Service Skills when I say American, I dont mean whites only but all people that are living in this country that knows how to put customers firs. This country teaches people that without the customers, they are not in business but this lady thinks without her service, your money dont mean swat.And stop calling the police for nonsense, they are being paid by the tax dollars they got better stuff to take care off. All she needed to do is to tell me pack my stuff get out and I will do so. We had a single load that happen to need an extra dry cycle. Hope they enjoyed the 14 bucks they got today, they will not get anymore from me.

I gave this place 1 star because zero stars was not an option. I washed my laundry once before and was able to leave and come back, but this time the attendant rudely said I couldnt leave due to the CONVID-19. I understand being safe, but at the expense of being professional and polite is just outlandish. The attendant was rude and unnecessarily loud to me and my nephew and then told us to leave in front of a few patrons. I wont be using them again.

Honestly the owners of this Laundry Facility are very amazing people. Nice all the time, and really give everyone a chance. She gave me and my partner a place to do laundry. She welcomes all Service Dogs, Emotional Support Animals, and PTSD Dogs. Luna def had enough space for me to do my laundry. Price is great, and very reliable. Clean bathrooms are a plus, and also she sells all kinds of things you think you didn’t need.

The owner there was combative instead of friendly. Her claim of looking out for her customers needs did not translate well with me; I was forced to get a lecture from her, and all I did was ask for a towel to clean up another persons laundry detergent residue--she was insulted by it, thinking I was accusing her that her place was not clean. I have a sensitivity, and was about to handle it myself, but she would not hear of it. I am so sorry that I gave this place a second chance.
