I asked the girl before putting this address was it ok to receive my stimulus check here and she said yes. I would just have to pay $3 pick up fee. Iβve checked the website and it says my stimulus check was mailed to this address but Iβve been calling for months and they claim they havenβt seen it. A bunch of scamming liars
Allen is the only one with good customer service. The young lady was terrible and she charged me twice for one order and got an attitude when she had to refund the money back to my card saying theyβre busy etc.
I own a luxury consignment shop and have had several packages stolen by the ladies at this location. My packages will say delivered but when I go to pick up, they blame the carrier didnβt deliver it. All the store ever says is to file a claim.They are thieves and the owner is related so nothing will happen. The best thing todo is report them to ups investigation team and if there are enough complaints, maybe someone will look into it. Itβs sad that people like this are allowed to operate under the ups name.
I like ups but this one is shady after the first incident with a missing package I let it go but the second is a no go. Make sure you always keep your tracking info

I had been going to this location for yrs and never had an issue always trusted their business until one of the girls there did a switch on a receipt and gave me a tracking# for a pkg that was not mines, after realizing it I called bk to the store and was advised by a rude non chalamt lady that there was nothing that could be done and to call the 800# to file a claim! The girl did nothing to even try to make any addlt steps towards searching the location for my pkg leaving me to believe my pkg was stolen, and never shipped from this location, the actual tracking was never scanned in! So if you see one of those ladies wearing a blk pair of NB with an aqua and purple combination those were stolen freebies. I will drive elsewhere from now on to ship even if I have to drive farther out so very upset because the older gentleman is always so honest.
I went in there to notarize and ship documents. The notary( Allen) was really nice and charged me a very nominal fee. Will highly recommend this place
I drive passed two other locations just to drop off my packages here because they are fast and efficient. I have found that the reps here always willing to go the extra mile.

My experience with this location and employees has been great. All the people who written bad reviews about a tracking number and usps flat rate boxes need to take a hike. Especially, people who make fun of peoples personal appearances!Id recommend getting a po box here to anyone. Alan has been great to my wife and I for years.

Came in on this past Saturday morning to drop off 2 packages for shipment. Service was very quick. Staff was very nice, welcoming and professional. Each staff member had on a mask as well. Will definitely come back!
I go here at least once a week to use their printer and ship a few packages for an online store. Service has always been great. They do their job, so what more do I need?

What a shame, a big no-no on customer service, they charge me one dollar just to close a box yes just for an 18 inch piece of tape call might not to tape off the whole box just to close the top with 18 inches of tape, is not the one dollar is too much is the fact that they charge me for it and when I told her that I drop off boxes all the time and never pay. She said I should go to Walmart and buy a roll of tape, really?
Hands Down the best mailbox service Ive found in a long time. The employees are very helpful and goes out of their way to help customers. Ive been using them for years now. They are available via email, phone. They even have a system where when the package gets there, you get an email notice that its there. Ive used many other mailbox services, but this one is by far the absolute best. Alan and his staff are awesome!

Disrespectful and rude! Two days before Christmas I walk in asking if they had flat rate shipping boxes. He looks at me condescendingly and says, βonly Usps has flat shipping boxesβ while Iβm literally looking at a flat rate shipping page on ups website. Itβs one thing not to have such product at a general location itβs another to completely lie and give false information. So no this specific store does not have flat rate shipping. Try a different ups, or fedex! Today this company as A whole lost my business simply because of this locations terrible attitude.Moving on!

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly lady. I had never noticed the store before driving by, but now coming in for a notary, I looked around and thought I would come back to use the printing service... Then Len happened. Len needs to work on her customer service skills and attitude BIG TIME. I, the customer, was way friendlier to her than she was to me. Definitely left me with a bad impression.
This bad review doesnt reflect the establishment but rather the employee I had to deal with to get my package and I believe it would be different otherwise. His name was Allen and I wont soon forget it mainly because of the nonchalant attitude he took in clearly expressing to me that he will not accept a tracking number provided by UPS to look up my package but would rather have an address. After multiple failed attempts and now on my second trip to the store, he finally used the tracking number provided and was able to locate the package and never once gave a justification as to why he didnt want to use it in the first place or an apology for wasting my time but instead told me to have my spelling correct next time. I will definitely do my best to never have an experience with him again and possibly that store if it thats what it means.

Forst, let me start off by saying I write reviews. Iβd also like to mention that the 1 star is due to the employee. I had an envelope that wasnβt sealed, so I asked the customer assistant to provide me with some sort of adhesive. She responded withβ someone will take care of it.β I want to be clear when I say this envelope had important documents. I didnt know this lady, so she could have tampered with what I had inside the envelope. This is not how you treat a customer.
I drop off large packages here quite often and they have all been very friendly including Allen. Plus the brunette is cute!

I attempted to drop off a package for a customer of mine via this store. The store didnt have the correct domestic waybill label, had me *drive to a UPS drop box* retrieve a label for them, and drive it back to the store. The only label at the UPS box was an International label which the store advised me would work. Five days later and Im looking at eight business days for UPS Corporate to track down this lost package.The UPS Store could not give me any information to help me find out more about the package. The only information they had was what I could get via UPSs website. UPS Corporate had to take over the investigation directly from me. The store offered no assistance to help track this down.This store seems understaffed. The staff that are available are nice enough, but their lack of knowledge regarding correct protocol for shipping packages is making my life difficult right now.
Allen over the store has the worst customer service. He owns the store and doesnt act as if he cares if a customer comes back. I got frustrated and told him to just do his job and he responded with dont start and repeated that statement with everything that I was sayin. I had to just walk out. My advice would be to just drive another 10-15min to another store to obtain decent customer service. If you dont care then disregard! Didnt even want to give one star. Female manager was calm and polite.

Theres a short fat lady that works there with curly reddish hair that has the worst attitude. Ive never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life.

This store never answers the phone so if you have a question about anything you might as well drive to them. GET YOUR PHONE FIXED...also UPS has been really bad lately about losing my packages, delivering way outside of the estimated times, etc. Id say ship with someone else all together.
