Wasted my time. Scheduled appointment to replace charge port. Upon arrival was told that screen must be replaced as well because sometimes while repairing the charge port-the screen may get damaged. Could have told me over the phone. Thank you for wasting my time Jason.

Techs was good and friendly but battery that was installed in my Galaxy S7 is much smaller capacity therefore my phone dies faster.Originall battery capacity is 3000mAh and installed one only 2600mAh.

I initially went into the store the day before. Charles didnt seem to grasp the unique position I was in and the help I needed. I returned the next day after calling ahead to make sure Charles was not working and dealt with Jason. I returned to the store today and Jason was very helpful and accommodating.

Galaxy S8 RepairQuick and straight to the point. The only location in Gwinnett that did not threaten to charge you if the technician broke something during the repair.Yes, you read that right.I called Snellville and Duluth to inquire about getting my front screen repaired. I was quoted a price and then advised we often break the back glass when repairing the front. If that happens you only have to pay $45 to repair the back.Wait, what? You mean to tell me that if I bring my phone in and the tech breaks something, the expert fixer, the customer pays. Snellville and Duluth said yes.Lawrenceville said they wouldnt put that cost in the customer. And Charles was great and didnt need to replace the back.
