They know what they are doing. Asked them to back up data from a hard drive, for an SSD upgrade, and they finished within the time frame they predicted. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with the power port of my laptop and took it to 2 other places that told me the issue would require replacing the grid. ATL Tech Force was able to quickly diagnose that it was just the port and nothing more. They fixed it affordably and with great professionalism and service. Ill be coming back to see if they can breathe life into an old Macbook of mine!

I went into there shop many times to get repairs for various items i was ok with the survice until they messed up two sepperate times the first being they ruined my note 8 phone and tried upselling me to fix what they messed up and the second time when i tok my desktop tower into there place only for them to overcharge me for a simple repair on the storage drive all it needed was a new adapter installed onto it and instead they upsold me and charged and installed a new one on there also on top of that upselling me by installing a fake version of windows 10.

Left my phone at this location for 3DAYS, and they didnt even start on the phone!

Took my iPhone XR here. When I say I thought my phone was shattered beyond repair, screen was shattered, phone itself was bent, the led screen was also damaged, even parts of the touch screen wouldn’t work. Thought I was just going to have to buy a new phone. saved by this place, they fixed my phone to mint condition. Can’t even tell the phone was ever bent either. I highly recommend this place. My Sons cracked iPhone 6 screen, I was initially hesitate to come and receive service due to the negative reviews that I read. I made a call to the store prior to coming at 8 pm, the person I spoke with told me that they had my sons screen in stock and if I make it there by 8:30 pm he should be able to pick up his phone a little before 9:00 pm. I have been a customer of ATL Tech Force since 08/2011. The first time I came my son had messed up the power jack on his computer. Since the computer was out of warranty the manufacturer wanted a considerable amount of money (could have brought another computer). After searching google I came across ATL Tech Force. I brought the computer in and after checking it out they said they could fix it for about $159. Other stores had quoted me $200+. They replaced and fixed it within a day and it was working. Since that time I have brought different laptops back for various reasons (power jack replacement, cracked screens) and they have fixed them at a fair cost and in a timely matter. I had one situation in which they made a fix on my ipod classic and the fix only lasted for 2 months. I brought it back to them and after checking it and couldnt resolve the issue they replaced my ipod. I have since then sent many friends to them and they have been pleased as well. They are a business that have been kind and courtesy, sticks to their word and knows their stuff. I always let my friends know that if ATL Tech Force cant fix the electronic device it cant be fixed. I highly recommend them and encourage you to take your device or equipment to them to be repaired.

They had my wifes phone for 8 days and never ordered the screen to be fixed. She went up there and they assured her the phone would be fixed. Then she went back up there and the lady checked up on her phone and told her they would order it the next day. Try again! Atlanta Tech Force is horrible do not take your phones there. They do not follow through, they never called me or kept us in the loop!

It’s a ripoff, I was trying to get my ps4 fixed because the bottoms were pushed in. The guy at the desk was going to charge me $150. When it turns out the price that was broken only cost $20. I took it to another place and got it totally fixed for $44 .

They are very professional in all types of cell phones repairs, computers repairs and also in Xbox, Playstation. And they also give a good discount rather than other stores, their parts are very good then other stores. I prefer to all of you to visit ATL.

Worse place to bring your ps4 to fix hare. He couldnt fixed my ps4 hdmi port and charge me $50 for it. Took to other repair shop and found out that the hdmi port was severely damaged by the company and couldnt even repair anymore.

I cracked the camera on my Note 4, and I watched this guy replace my camera and give me a new screen protector in less than 20 minutes.....and the price was only $20. Awesome

Worst place ever. I will never bring a phone to this place ever agian. They fixed my cracked iPhone screen and damaged my iPhone permanently. the fixed screen had discoloration. I brought the phone back and they claimed it wasnt there fault. The reason why i know they knew they were wrong was when they tried offering me a free phone case.please do not ever go to this place. they will screw up your electronic.

Really good customer service. After getting my iphone 4 screen replaced, I noticed wifi was weak, location wasnt working at all and the proximity sensor wasnt working. They tried as best they could to spend another hour on the phone, even replacing two components for free. Wifi is improved, but not as good as it was before screen repair.

I took my ps3 to get fixed and when I picked it up it wasnt the same ps3, they didnt give me my ps3 they gave me a different one
