This guy is a greedy crook. Do not try to buy SIM card or phone card from this store!!!So, I wanted to buy an Ultra mobile SIM card ($10) and a plan ($39) which I have the option to activate myself, this greedy guy stated that the SIM card and activation will be $29, then the plan.I said no, I do not need you to do the activation for me, it’s a simple step that I can do by myself on ultra mobile website, of course using my own phone or laptop. Then he fired up “in that case I do not have the SIM card to sell to you, since you do not want me to activate it for you for a fee, I cannot sell the SIM card to you”.I was shocked at his tone of voice and the obvious greed!!Yes, I reported him to ultra mobile, and I got what I wanted from a different store.

After several years with no technical issues, my Dell pc crashed on the virtually obsolete Vista OS. After a hiccup with the initial repair due to Vistas limitations, Gabriel upgraded me to Windows 10 and my pc is working fine now with no glitches.
