I checked out their site (kslcleaning4u.com) and wanted a mix of their spring cleaning and move-in/move-out services plus tile and grout cleaning. I spoke to the office around 2:30pm and got an appointment for 10am the next day! Deon and Dre arrived right on time. They were polite and friendly with my nervous dog. We did a quick tour and review of services to perform and they got right to it. After maybe an hour, Dre said he was unsure if they could finish within their original time frame, so he called the office to extend it (I guess by sending a different crew to their next gig) _and_ to request another worker. Terry showed up in about 30 minutes and she was just as courteous and dog-friendly as her coworkers. They finished up around 3pm and I cant remember the last time the place was this clean! I was amazed at the tile/grout cleaning and at how they made my incredibly dusty couches like new using some brush attachments on a drill. Money VERY well spent. Thank you Deon, Dre, and Terry!

Three people spent almost four hours at my house for a deep clean move-out clean. I dont know what they did other than vacuum with a rickety upright, clean the kitchen and the bathrooms. I had to clean all the baseboard, trim and surfaces myself - they were practically untouched by cleaning crew. Even simple dusting was not done. My real estate agent and stager had to dust before taking pictures. The kitchen was the only room well cleaned, except for the oven on which KSL simply started the self clean. I had to vacuum out the ash and clean the dirty door and hinges myself.I asked KSL to come back but they refused because I signed off on it. I didnt check their work when they left because I was busy with other contractors.

Absolute perfection! Excellent move-out cleaning and carpet shampoo. Excellent communication, fair price for a great & well done job!!! I will definately recommend this commpany and will sure use them again.
