He explained the work that needed to be done and helped to develop a plan of action to mitigate my damages. ServPro of North Lawrenceville was nothing short of amazing when we called them to handle not only one but two water mitigation issues totaling almost 10,000 square feet, if not more. The staff there is very accessible, understanding and patient. John, Judy and Brandon made it very seamless. I had tons of questions during the process and they were able to answer all of them promptly and without hesitation or frustration. They informed me throughout each step of the process and made sure that we knew they were here for us at all times. It is always grueling to work with such large insurance claims, but John and his team made it extremely easy. They were able to meet with adjusters at a moments notice each time and helped us work through all of their requirements. We also used their recommended restoration group to help us put all the pieces back together again. The restoration group was a pleasure to work with as well. They worked tirelessly to ensure they met their deadlines and to leave the buildings were in pristine condition when they handed them over to us at the end of the job. I contacted this company on a Monday for repairs to my mothers house. They showed up and I showed them all the affected areas. They assured me they could do the job. They said 3 days drying time then repairs. I never received an estimate or any written communication or phone call until Sunday. Their guy called and said they left something in our house and wanted to pick it up. I inquired when they would be finished and they said they had finished on Friday. This is when I learned that I was supposed to contact someone else to finish the work they led me to believe they were going to do. On Monday I called Servpro and they said the might be able to do the work and they requested the estimate from the insurance company. I sent them the insurance companies estimate, I told him we really. needed to get my mother back in her house. Two more days go by before John returned my calls to schedule an inspection! I was livid. By this time I had hired someone else to do the work they said they could do. When I informed John I hired someone else I received my first piece of correspondence - the bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone I knew or cared about. They advertise restoration and last I checked this means put back like it was before.Apr 05, 2019

They worked tirelessly mitigating water from all areas that were effected - even after regular business hours. They prioritize their jobs based on how much money each one is worth. Never called me back or gave me an eta of when a technician could come out. Service Master was our first thing in the morning. Call service master. This company stinks.
