Ganns Automotive is like no other mechanic shop!! They are honest and take great care of their customers!! So many times, mechanics try and fluff up actual repair needs, especially to those who arent familiar with cars, and women... Ive been taken advantage of before being told I needed special parts, but that WILL NOT happen @ Ganns!! They do not recommend unnecessary repairs, and their prices cant be beat!! Customer service and the level of knowledge are top notch!! When looking for a trustworthy mechanic, look no further!!

At first I posted a negative review because the shop manager, I felt, and still do, gave me a bogus answer for why something was wrong with my truck.Then the owner called. He was very reasonable and willing to talk to me. He stood up for his business and business practices and is a man of character. Hopefully he will forgive my hast.I can now see why hes been there since I was growing up.Thanks again Paul!

I love this place. They are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the most honest mechanic anywhere. Theyll tell you if you really dont need something fixed right then and there. Theyll tell you what can wait and what cant. Theyre fairly priced also. Ive also just recently bought a car from them. They priced the car right at KBBs suggested retail price. Plus, they have you drive it for about a week to see if anything goes wrong. A couple things needed to be tweaked on my car and they fixed me up for no charge. Thats the way they do business. Theyre extraordinarily fair and honest. You wont find a better shop than this!

Break job and 60k mike service was great! Had a discrepancy about the price that was discussed over the phone and the owner worked with us to resolve that issue. Great work. Our car runs better than it ever did before!!

Paul, Richard and Brian are great people ... they do good work, they explain what you need fixed and wont try to sell you on Repairs that are not needed.

The prices were outrageous for the cars for sale. I mean 236411 miles on a car and they want $4900???? What in the world were they thinking??? One car on the lot had the lowest mileage of 169,211 miles. But for $12,500??? Noooo. Theyre all going to laugh at you, and the Toyota it is on. The owner has a cute dog though. Thats how the cookie crumbles.

I had my transmission rebuilt by these folks. Since then I have taken it back in for the transmission two times within a year and a half and its still not running correctly. Each time they had my car, they kept it for about two weeks with almost no communication even while I called them nearly daily to find out when Id get my car back. Thats six weeks with no vehicle for me to get to work or for my wife to take my kids to the doctor.Now the first time I returned was within a year and covered under warranty. The second time was just outside the original warranty and Paul was kind enough to only charge me for parts, which was slightly above the nothing I feel I owe for a job that should have already been completed twice. When I spoke to him today, after the usual couple of weeks of trying to get in touch with him, he blamed Toyota for their transmission and me for not paying for the parts last time. He must have forgotten that while I didnt pay when I picked up the van I told Brian that I wanted to speak to Paul about what I owed. He never called. As usual.I personally feel that a man who stands behind his work as Paul does should not have to redo that work this many times, and if he does then I should definitely not be charged for it. Maybe I am out of line here, but either way Ill definitely be going elsewhere after this. Blaming Toyota seems like a cheap excuse for sending my family home in a van that dies on the side of the road every few months.As he surely will tell his hard working honest side of the story after this, Ill go ahead and say that he did every bit of work he says, and I have no doubts there. But I have a van that still doesnt run right and wallet 2400 dollars lighter to show for it.

Mr. Gann and his team are the best... I needed a new transmission for my Chevy Suburban Paul and Bryan took great care of me for the most reasonable price! Not matter the issue I will always go to Ganns Automotive... And you should too!

My car couldnt pass inspection, and I had put so much money in it hoping that eventually it would work. Never did. Was referred to Gann, and Im SO GRATEFUL! The part and labor was so reasonable, I could hardly believe my ears. Ill never ever go anywhere else again! Not to mention, I couldnt leave my car during the week, and even though theyre closed on the weekend, they took time out of their Saturday morning to fix it. God bless them!

Very good Family Run Automotive service and Used Car Sales.I have been going to Ganns for about 4 years now. They have fixed broken timing belts, changed clutches, rebuild engines, replaced brakes, replaced air conditioner compressed and even change the oil in a few of my cars. They do great work at a good price.They have worked on my Mercedes Benz, BMW, Mini Cooper, Chevy Silverado, Ram Truck, Ford Trunk, Honda CRV, Chrysler and Toyota. The quality of work is always top notch.

My husband and I took his truck into Ganns to have the air conditioning fixed. They replaced the blower motor, which was working at the time, and charged us $657. We took it home and within a week, it was blowing hot air. So, we took it back. They filled it with coolant and said it was fine, again after a week, it was blowing hot air. We too it back again and this time, they wanted to charge us another 400+ to pull the dash out to fix it. We disputed the labor charge stating, they should have fixed it the first time. After much discussion, the owner stated that they would fix it and we could pick it up, but to not bring our vehicles back to them. We picked up the vehicle and again within a week, hot air. We have since brought it to another mechanic and have had to pay an additional 800 to get it fixed. It was never the blower motor, that was the issue, but the condenser. How they treated us was wrong. They were dishonest and unethical. It is so important to be able to trust your mechanic and Ganns Automotive, Im afraid is anything but trustworthy! I am so disappointed in their customer service, but mostly disappointed because I trusted them and they were dishonest!

I bought a car from them it was over priced asked for discount said that if they give a discount they would not do any repairs so agreed to pay the amount to insure that if anything goes wrong they will fix it. Well not even a week later the car stop working took it back they suppose to have fixed it. But they did not we have taken this car back over 15 times in less than 2 months. They never call you back to let you know whats going on. If you are looking for a nice used car this is not the place. Paul the owner very rude dont want to take responsibility for selling me a lemon. Run Run.

We were quoted $680 for a repair and decided to get a 2nd opinion. we just moved into this area and I asked around for a good shop, and multiple people told me to check out Ganns. they inspected the issue and quoted me $200 less for the same repair! I can not put in words how grateful we are to have found this shop! everyone working there is nice and Mr.Gann truly deserves nothing but good reviews. Thank you, again.
