Great Drivers and Dispatch! A pleasure to deal with.

We had an excellent experience with Buckhead Coach! Sallye was super prompt with the quote and all communication. Lance was great driver, totally fun and personable. The coach was nice outside, but beautiful inside! Definitely using them again.

I did not ride on the bus, but my daughter did and left her wallet. What a great team to ensure she got it back quickly, nothing missing and even transported it their main office which was closer for easy pick up. Thank you so much!

This company is filled with professionals! I have used them repeatedly for school field trips and I have NEVER had a moment of frustration or disappointment! They are wonderful to work with and the drivers are just the most gentlemanly and kind people who take excellent care of my students and I when we decide to go find something great to do outside the classroom. Field trip! 10 students and 3 faculty members and our driver is reading emails while driving on the highway. He has constantly been on the phone while driving close to 80 mph. When I asked him NICELY to stay off his phone and not read his emails while driving HE harshly told me Go sit down!When he rudely told me to go sit down. I told him that was a great suggestion. I called his boss and her supervisor as well. They have already emailed me back. We pulled over for a bathroom break and they called him immediately. He hasnt touched his phone since they spoke to him. All he had to do was say, Im sorry and that would have been it.

On 85 and 985 and he almost ran the person in front of me off the road and then proceeded to almost run me off the road to the point he was so close if i rolled my window down I would have touched the bus without reaching. Then he was behind me and almost slammed into the back of me. Afterwards I tried to get away from him and he tried to stay with me and he finally passed me he stopped and was flicking me off and cussing me. This was bus number 505. Absolutely horrible these kind of people drive for them. Maybe it’s time for some better training that man could have killed me and several others with his poor choices.Update the email address the “owner” gives isn’t even real. I would never put anyone I know in danger by hiring them. The owner does not take responsibility if what goes on either. I hope it doesn’t cost a life for this company to ensure they put safe drivers on the road.

We have used Buckhead Coach for our Skidaway Island Field Trip for the last 6 years and they are great! The drivers are prompt and always on time and even when we had to change plans they have always been accomodating. We have used their 55 passenger as well as 24 passenger and have had great experiences with both types of busses and with different drivers. They work well with schools and other big groups and are on the Gwinnett County approved vendor list as well. Highly, highly recommend using them!!

Buses break down often. No wifi or air conditioning. Buses are poorly maintained.
