This is, without a doubt, THE BEST UPS STORE on the planet!!! Tyler, Cameron and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and sooo friendly. Do yourself a favor and dont take your business anywhere else.

I usually go to the 6th st location...but went here today as i was close by.hands down the rudest experience ive ever had anywhere in my life.Tyler made it clear that i brought in an amazin return and we dont work for amazon so i dont need to be nice to you

As a military family we move around a lot and I’ve used my fare share of UPS stores. Hands down this location is the friendliest, fastest & nicest I’ve ever used. Today I had an Amazon return, and it was one of those returns which actually needed you to pack and secure it yourself. Well Amazon did not clarify that well enough. I walked in without a wallet, thinking it would be a super fast return (had kiddo school pick up next). The guy at the register offered to pack it without any extra cost to me. Thank you! There is good in 2020!

The people that work at this store are awesome!! Always helpful, always knowledgeable. And- they always have the coolest music playing! The polar opposite of what youll experience at the store on 6th street. Thats why I stopped going there and started coming to this one. Love these guys!

Tyler and Cameron that work at this UPS store are very skills at helping with print jobs and shipping options. Its been fun seeing them training their new employees. I will definitely be back to this location. Im not even from Lawrence but i will for sure make the drive to go back. Thank you guys so much!

I had some printing services done at this location. Absolutely a great place to do business, the most friendly customer service oriented printing store in Lawrence, KS! They help you save money, and are more than accommodating if you are unsure how to get documents sent to them, they will help you! Your money is well spent when doing business at this location, trust me.

The best UPS Store I’ve ever worked with. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient. These professionals really know their stuff. I wished I lived in Kansas just so I could use them frequently. They helped me adjust my designs so they came out perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Their staff is literally always friendly and helpful. According to my receipt Tyler is the one that usually helps me, and I am blown away by his above and beyond commitment to the customers. He is thorough, gives you the best price for your shipping needs, and makes sure you are aware of when it will ship/arrive etc. I always send my items at this location purely bc of their customer service.

I use UPS to ship packages and always have wonderful service at this store. I love that they keep a record of addresses that you have shipped to before because I have family out of state that I mail packages to regularly. Recently I turned to UPS for help making copies of scrapbook pages. I tried to have it done through two other stores in town but had multiple frustrating conversations with several different staff members who ultimately could not do what I was asking and suggested alternatives that were extremely expensive and inadequate. I called the UPS store as a last ditch effort and was told that they had made copies of scrapbooks before and it would be no problem. Steve from UPS was very helpful and pleasant. He worked with me to ensure that I was happy with the quality of the images. I didnt even have to wait at the store while he was making copies, they gave me a phone call when everything was ready to be picked up. I got exactly what I was looking for with no hassle and paid a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere. I will definitely be going back for all my mailing and printing needs! Best store in town!

Outstanding, efficient customer service from all employees. I have used this location for po box rental, shipping, business card design, and printing.

Tyler was my first contact and what a super nice guy! He worked an hour over his time picked up the package, repackaged the oxygen concentrator to be sure it was protected, called to confirm the charges for packaging and shipping. It was lots cheaper than we were originally told and he handed the package off to John to run the tracking number and put our change in the box. Who does that ???? Well John called back just as happy as Tyler with assurance that the box would be shipped on the truck that night and should be to us in 2 days. Got my receipt by email as they promised. I just want to say THANK YOU TYLER AND JOHN for being great stewards for GOD! I pray your kindness comes back to you ten fold. In Jesus name Amen. ALWAYS UPS!

Good products and good services. Wasnt thrilled with the customer service or pricing at this store though. I got the same printing project done at another UPS store in town for cheaper than the quote I got here. I do a lot of printing so its important to have it done as inexpensive and pain free as possible. Just didnt like the way I felt treated to be honest.

OUTSTANDING. Staff helped me carry stuff in from my vehicle. They took care of all the paperwork and were very accomodating in every way. At FedEx I spent 15 minutes filling out forms, then waited in line for another 15 minutes only to be told that FedEx corporate policy no longer allowed them to be able to help me out with what I needed. The MAIN DIFFERENCE between the UPS Store on Clinton Parkway and FedEx is very simple: These guys WANT YOUR BUSINESS!

These guys are amazing. I called this morning to see if they could do a rush copy/binding job for me Before I left for the airport today. John told me he’d make it a priority but that he was the only one working. When I got there a few hours later, Cameron had come in to help and got my stuff done. I ran home to grab my suitcase and they had everything ready to go for me!

I came into the store after they’d closed to drop off a package and Cameron, the manager, stayed to help get my package ready to ship. The employees are always so nice every time I come in, too, and I really appreciated him doing that. I’ve always had great experiences here. 🙂

Went to the other store first, they were standing around talking to each other. No one greeted me, and I was the only customer. All I needed to do was to print one page. I stood there for a couple minutes looking at the computer, and a clerk finally said, yeah it sucks, its down. Since computer was down, I drove to the other store. Again, no one greeted me. And the guy that finally helped me was a total jerk. They charge to rent the computers now, $1 for 5 minutes. I didnt even use it for 2 minutes. I asked the guy if he was really going to charge me for it, and he said, they dont give away computers for free. Its a dollar, I really dont care about the money, I care about the poor consumer service I received at both Lawrence stores. If they guy would have just said, Im sorry, its our new policy. I wouldnt be so mad. That guy should not be working a customer service position. Overall worse customer service Ive ever had in Lawrence. I go there to print papers from time to time...because its cheaper than buying toner. But after the terrible service I received, Im just going to shell out for some toner and print at home.

Love these guys!Ive been a customer for several years now. When I had a short term move to TX, they packed and shipped my items for less than what it would have cost to rent a Uhaul trailer and drive.They are always prompt and courteous with their service, even when theyre busy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Noticed I only had a package drop-off and helped me quickly.
