There is still a company out there you can trust with honest and knowledgeable answers to tough equipment questions. After visiting some other shops for a new compact - I went back to McConnell. Felt like I wasn’t just a number with these folks.

Not helpful. Rude on the phone. Learn to treat the little guys with a little customer service.

I think Phil is his name, dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but was pretty rude and acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. So I found a different company that understood what I was explaining and offered to pick up the equipment.

The shop in Ottawa was really friendly and knowledge when it came to my 1066 I had. Main and crank bearings installed along with a oil pump took five days to complete took it in Sunday night then pick it up Saturday morning

Daren and his team go above and beyond for their customers. As a new tractor owner they have helped significantly with the learning curve. We would highly recommend them for your machinery needs!
