Doctor Dave was able to recover the Data from a very old computer that was no longer working. I brought the computer in for an elderly relative. It was a fair price and professionally done. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely give Doctor Dave a call.

Dave was great when I spoke to him on the phone about the issue I was having. Scheduled an appointment for the following week. At my appointment I met with Matt and the whole situation was uncomfortable. My charger port was having an issue (not what I brought the laptop in for) so unfortunately we had to reschedule the repair until I got the port fixed. I wasnt even in his office for 5 minutes and he charged me $60 for a half hour of work. I was having trouble getting my new laptop set up, especially installing the Microsoft Office for Home and Business. Matt from Dr. Daves office took care of the issue most efficiently. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately and the work on my laptop took only about half an hour. Since there were restrictions on my new laptop that were preventing me from doing the installation myself, I probably would not have discovered the problem myself. I called Dr. Dave with an issue I was having in restoring a backup system image to a new SSD (old one failed; back up your data folks!). He offered me a solution to the problem I was having over the phone at no charge ($0!). Other repair shops quoted me a repair cost starting at $150. Even my PC brands tech support could offer no advice or solution without purchasing additionaly warranties, etc. Dr. Daves solution worked and only cost me a $25 accessory from Office Depot. In short, Dr. Dave displayed a sharp knowledge and rather than sap out a repair cost, gave me something else to try to avoid his services altogether, all in the span of a few minutes. The good and the bad about Dr Dave. I never actually had the use of his services. Hes very busy, matter of fact and very professional. I thought my laptop had a virus based on several days of really slow internet service. Doctor Dave did a very professional job installing security software on my MAC. He also installed a memory upgrade to improve the performance of my iMac. When the computer indicated it would take 30-45 minutes before he could continue with the task he said he would go off the clock, leave and come back when he was needed for the next part of the update. We were having issues with one of our work computers not printing all of a sudden. Had two other I.T. companies attempt to remotely log in and fix the issue.
