Now I know why they have a 2 star rating.The sellers of the house I just bought hired bobs janitorial to do a dryer vent cleaning. A month after moving in, my dryer is overheating and signaling a clog. It also had lots of lint in the dryer. So I called Bobs to ask them to resend the tech to look at things. To see if maybe the vent was disconnected in the attic and they couldnt get the ducts cleaned? Well, the two girls that I talked to on the phone assured me there was no way possible that the cleaning wasnt done right and basically gave me the run around. Their only recommendation was to call the seller of the house.I called another vent cleaning company and sure enough, the vent was clogged. With dryer lint AND attic blown-in insulation. He really didnt see how the vent couldve been cleaned two months ago. That certainly wasnt a months worth of useage.All bobs had to do to remedy the situation was send somebody else to re-do the job, but they refused. Will never recommend them.
You employ incredibly unsafe drivers. I was nearly clipped on 70 West by one of your employees flying onto the highway at 90 mph on 2•4•19 @ 10:43 p.m just before exit 197 for Lawrence. I hope you are able to identify and fire this individual.
After being told um...ahhhh turns out they are not really in the business they claim to be in. We dont do cleaning.

They called me the day of the carpet cleaning service and told me theyd have to reschedule because a technician called in sick. I get that that happens, but youd think they could have someone else cover in case that does happen. My schedule was not at all flexible, as I needed to move out the next day and now Im stuck with a bill from management for not having the carpet cleaned. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me back.
