They started the process the very next day and were professional, friendly, thorough, and were excellent about explaining everything they did. Thankfully someone recommended we call Rainbow. They came out immediately and took care of absolutely everything, from thoroughly cleaning every inch of my house to coordinating all the work that needed to be done to restore the kitchen/house: Rainbow did it all so we didnt have to. Every single person from their company was very friendly and a true professional at what they did and how they acted. Having people in your house when you have a newborn in 2020 was a scary thought, but every employee was amazing about wearing their masks properly at all times.Without even asking they expedited the cleaning of all our Christmas decorations and ordainments so that we would be able to hang them for our daughters first Christmas. They even put in long hours/weeks specifically to make sure that the job was completed in time for us to host my daughters 1st birthday.Could not be more impressed by this company or more satisfied with the work they did.

We had a water leak under our sink and out there was mold. A man named Wayne came out and was very friendly and honest and made us feel comfortable.

The Rainbow Int team was amazing. We had a company come to put a sump pump in our crawl space and they discovered mold on the insulation and Rainbow addressed each step with high quality professionalism and care. The entire crew was easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Obviously not a problem that you want to have but it is reassuring to know that we have these experts out there who know exactly how to manage these problems.

We had our carpets cleaned before moving into our house.They were able to get out some cat urine spots left by the precious owners. Voila! Our house smells great! Great quality work and great quality people! Will be using to clean our apartment before final walkthrough as well. If you need to have your carpets given some TLC look no further!

I called at noon on a Saturday after discovering a water leak. Technician Rodney was at our home in about an hour, and vacuumed the water out of the carpet, and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the affected rooms. He came back on Monday, and tested the walls, ceilings, and baseboards, and found all were dry. Rodney and Wayne were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We are very happy with the services they rendered, and will call Rainbow International again if needed.

Rainbow Intl did an outstanding job cleaning my apartment! I had to call them twice a couple weeks apart as both times I was watching dogs for friends and they both had accidents! The first time, my friends German shepherd decided to have diarrhea on my carpet and left 5-6 huge stains after I cleaned them best I could. They were dark of course and after RI came, they were completely gone. The second time, I was watching a friends 14 week old puppy and he constantly peed everywhere! Including my couch. So, they came back and did basically everything and my entire apt and couch looked brand new and like it had never been lived in. Everything smells and looks great and they were totally professional, punctual and fair. They went above and beyond in some areas and I can’t thank the workers enough. Thanks again!!!

Good experience overall. While others were difficult to schedule with or had one month + wait, Rainbow was responsive via phone and email and could schedule me in under a couple of weeks during a very active weather period. Raegann was a good project contact and Zach and Rodney were quick and thorough with their remediation work. I hopefully never have to call them again, but for certain they’re the only one I’ll call.

My reviews have been taken down twice and now the website online for this company is gone on Facebook so I hope this stays as I feel it is extremely serious. I was going to use this company for my mother who is terrified of Covid-19 until I saw the owners and office manager of this company in a Covid-19 state (Texas) for a party over the weekend. Apparently they drove there, yikes. I am extremely disturbed. They also have made fun of and make light of the pandemic on their social media websites. If I was looking for a cleaning service this would be my last choice.

We experienced sump pump failure AGAIN and called Rainbow to assist in our flooded basement. We used them years ago and hoped to receive the same quality of care. While I know they were slammed with calls, they communicated with us throughout the day and were on site within hours! Nick, Steve, Rodney and crew were fantastic. As they say, I was glad to know them when I needed them. If you have a problem, your first call should be to Rainbow!

Steve and his team were absolutely wonderful! It was incredibly stressful to have our sewer backup into our finished basement. Rainbow was there within an hour of our call. As soon as they arrived, they began working to save our basement. I dont know what we would have done without their help and guidance. Rainbow should be your first phone call when a disaster happens. I use Rainbow at all of my properties in Lawrence. I have unfortunately had to call them at all hours of the day and night, and they are always ready to help! They do an excellent job, and they are a pleasure to work with each time. I highly recommend Rainbow International!

My initial experience was fine. They responded quickly and were very helpful. Then they had one person available to do all of the content inventory and cleaning, but pulled her off for other jobs a lot so this process ended up taking two months. I intended to use Rainbow to contract for some of the remodel work needed in my basement. The estimate from the insurance company didnt match what they thought needed done, so more time was lost trying to resolve this. I was frustrated because I was the one doing most of the communication when Rainbow had a project manager assigned. He was hard to get a hold of and often didnt return messages. We began doing some of the demolition ourselves to keep things moving so that we could get back into our house. The dumpster was full so they had it hauled away and the project manager agreed to deliver another one. We called on Monday and Tuesday and finally received an email from the project manager stating that they could not provide the dumpster until they had a work order and deposit from me, which he never mentioned previously. I was fed up so let them know I was not planning to continue with them. They really didnt care at all about keeping my business. The next day they sent me a bill, told me that they had contacted the electric company and turned off the electric and they would be by to pick up their power pole (which my insurance pays for). This action I believe was just vindictive. I dont believe that my project was ever important to them, so I would not recommend them at all. After having a fire in your home, the last thing you want to have to deal with is trying to get the folks hired to help you to do their jobs.

These guys are a waste of time. they offered a quick estimate for free and a more detailed estimate for $200. I had them come out for the quick estimate and they bid out $4-5,000 while the most expensive contractor i had come out before them was at $1,800. If they didnt want the job to begin with they should have said so, rather than wasting my time and theirs.

If you have major cleanup from fire, water or sewage backup, this is the company to call. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Theyll get the job done!
