Very easy and efficient process setting up rental unit. The climate controlled storage area is very clean, secure and accessible.

Simply put: there were dead mice (3 of them) on and in my belongings. Do not store your stuff here.

This storage unit facility is awesome... Fast service. They didnt have a unit available in the size I requested so they discounted me a larger one. Refer. Friend was also used and it was only 21.00 to get into a unit... I recommend this storage facility if you need a unit to store some things.. To many bugs. To much control super dystopian like welcome to the first American concentration hhhmhhhm I mean storage to many unnecessary door c9des tracking door ways. Dont even work most the time. Only come here if they give it to you free.the hassle aint worth paying for.

Had to get a storage unit on very short notice because KU housing was shutting down and I had nowhere to store my stuff. Was able to book the unit online, come and pay for it, and move in my stuff all in the same day. Corbin, the employee who helped me, was very sweet and helpful, and very accommodating given my circumstances.

University Storage is my first storage experience, and they have been great. The set up was quick and simple, and they have a variety of payment options. Access to the unit is secure as they partner with a great local security company, Rueschhoff Security, and have cameras everywhere. I would highly recommend University Storage.

So far the service is excellent for what I have to store. The payments system is very simple and easy to use. Overall I’m happy with my experience here.

We rented a 10 ft truck and the renting process went great up until time to return it. I was supposed to have it back by 5. I spoke with whoever was working twice between 430 and 5p and he knew I was across the street getting gas and would be right there. I pulled around back on time at 5pm and was looking for a speaker with a button to get his attention or something and nothing was there. At 5:03 pm I called inside to see if the attendant would come out so I could get squared away to leave; he had already at 3 min after 5 closed everything and forwarded the phone! When he knew I was right there and would be pulling in any minute! Now I have to go back at 10 am to make sure Im not over charged ! Very inconvenient and the the attendant that closed didnt know anything about anything! He couldnt even tell me how much gas needed to go in it before I brought it back!

Absolutely awesome customer service. I called the other day and the lady answered all my questions. Not only that, but she also explained in detail the current special going on. When we went in today to get the unit, the lady Im the office was super kind. Again, absolutely awesome experience. Very happy to be doing business with University Storage.

Great prices and good variety of different units available. My only issue was that my unit wasnt really cleaned before given to me and I had to take care of a lot of spiders, dirt, and dust from the unit.
