Garbage they added my girl friends ex-husband and took 200 out of my account I stopped them from being able to withdrawal out of my account got in a wreck they said that my insurance policy was lapsed and wouldnt cover my wreck

It’s 2021 and you literally have to go to their location for everything. This company has no over the phone service no online service even in a pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend unless you live close by to a location and don’t mind going to that location just to update simple information like a new card for payment. And they are always packed and only have one or two employees working so you will wait forever for something simple. You might get covid just trying to make a payment.

The customer service was good and they have competitive rates for young drivers. You are not able to receive a quote online, so its best call or go in face to face for one. They also insure salvage title vehicles. I hope this review helps you make your selection for auto insurance.

My visit wasnt so good ... Only because Im guessing .... The person that helped me ....well .... Lets say it was their first day. It made things harder and took a very long time but in the end I got what I needed!

They make you sign papers stating you don’t want uninsured motorist b/c they don’t offer it. But By law, they have to offer uninsured motorist. If you want a policy with them you have to waive your right to obtain that coverage from them. 1 Star ⭐️ I wish zero was an option.

What a rip off I suggest that you do not do business with this company they charge you ahead of time then charge you again 10 days later if you trying to pay they will make you wait so they can charge you a late fee please do not use this company
