He helped me save money and time.So l switched my Nationwide auto insurance to Farmers because of the good value and respect and patience, including the go far, and beyond professional attitude John expressed towards any concerns l had and answering all of my questions.If I had any late evening questions and concerns I could call or text John and he would promptly answer back including giving sound advice on where to go or check out other options to accomplish my goals. His office helper Killion does a good job and helps answer questions as well. I have only been a customer of Farmers Insurance for a year. The rates on the three policies I have were reasonable but all increased for the renewal this month. The agent was very helpful and flexible on meeting my needs. I really dont like the online only, for documents, billings and communications with an additional charge if you want paper documents.

The agent, John, has bent over backwards to help us make a transition not only from another insurance company, but to a new house as well.The signal app was very easy to initiate and start. After an update (or two) the app now wont let us pick that we are not the driver, and randomly will send alerts telling me that it is not recording trips.

Ive never had to use our home or auto insurance, but I appreciated being able to ask John all of the questions I had about insuring our new home. John is very easy to get ahold of. I do not like the Farmers website, but after signing everything initially, I dont have to interact with it anymore. We were supposed to get a discount on auto insurance for good driving with an app that doesnt end up working on our phone, so that was disappointing, but we are now being charged a lower rate during the pandemic, so thats nice.

A roofer that was installing a roof at one of my neighbors said that when we had a storm March 26 that it had caused hail and wind damage to my neighbors roof and his insurance company paid the claim less the deductible. He said he would look at the roof of my duplex and let me know what he thought. It was his opinion that there was damage done to my roof and my attached neighbors roof. The claims adjuster sent a third party roofer to my home to inspect the roof and he said that he could see some damage. When the Farmers adjuster called me he said that there was some damage but not that much. This was the opinion of the insurance adjuster for my neighbor. My agent told me that this was not going to be considered a claim so I have let it go and withdrawn the claim. That’s the story.

John is truly the best! I was fortunate enough to meet him as a Wedding Expo that I administer. We had just got kicked off Life Insurance due to mental health reasons. Basically, we sought assistance with our emotional help and that was on our record. So we were denied Life Insurance. I asked him for advice and he gave me his card.
