On time, very responsibe and provided me a great warranty service. Both my Bosch dishwasher and Haier fridge are now in good working order. These guys clearly take pride in what they do. Id use them again for sure!

I am so happy that the repair of my old Amana freezer only took 2 days. I thought he will have a hard time looking for parts. To my surprise he called me the next day telling me that he was able to find a part for me and that he would come and install it. I have a working freezer now all thanks to Fred! I schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to repair my dryer. At the time I was told that I needed to pay for the expected cost before they would come out. I told them that I wasn’t going to pay for a work that hadn’t been done yet and he said no problem we’ll get someone out there. I got a call 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house and they told me that I need to pay an obscene amount of money for the “anticipated” work that they might do before they’re willing to come out. I would never Pay for a service before it was done. Hands-down least professional company I’ve ever dealt with.

This is the second time weve had Paul, one of their technicians, helped us out. He is fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanation of the issue with our fridge and how to prevent repeat occurrences. These will be my go-to guys for all future appliance work.

I didnt have service repair. However after speak with rep and explained my issue I appreciate him telling me the truth that it would cost about the same as getting something brand new and he would come any I would have to pay the service call fee

I can not expalin how upsetting of an experience I have had with this company. They canceled their first appointment back in February 23rd minutes before arrival. The next appointment they completely didnt show up. The third appointment they showed up to someone elses home and they were an hour late. That first actual arrival was February 23rd when they order the clutch/ transmission whatever for my washer. They said 4-6 weeks due to the pandemic the factory has to make the part. Obviously they are waiting on a distributor to make money off the part. We are now on week seven. Today I had a window from 12-3. Once again Ive left my own business only for them to not show again. A week or so ago I called them to see whats up and they started asking me for the model number so apparently they didnt order it and are very unorganized. Right now Im on hold bc the repair man never showed up for my window again.. The lady said he will call me in ten minutes. I guarantee he will not call. I just asked the lady too if she can not see how bad of business this is and she had nothing to say. Not even an apology for sitting at my home for the 3rd time for noone to call or show up. I cant believe this. This company is a joke. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. I will be doing that this asap.

Set an appt for them to come fix my washer machine, I took off today to get it fixed they said they would be at my place between 1pm - 5pm. I’m writing this review at 6:12pm. No call No show. I’m in customer service, so I know this ain’t good business

The rep that was supposed to come fix my refrigerator was never on time. I called 20 minutes after the 4 hour window I was given for them to arrive, they didnt know if they had the part they needed to do the repair. They JUST started unloading and that theyd get back with me 30 minutes later. There was zero consideration for my time with this company and I wont be back. I do not recommend Lawrence Appliance repair.

Service charge is too much

We set up an appointment with this company to fix our dryer. The repair man did not show up in the time slot we were given. We spent the majority of the day on the phone with multiple people from this company trying to figure out why someone never showed. We were told the repair man would show up and all different kinds of times, and he never did. He eventually showed the following day, and had no idea that there was an issue. Said no one followed through from this company. When I called to speak to the company about what had happened because money was taken out of our account days after the repair was fixed, the man on the phone was extremely rude. Said he has no records of anyone talking to us or us having issues and that he can’t help me. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, and he told me no and hung up. I would give this company zero stars if I could. Sometimes things come up, and we are understanding of that, but the way the whole experience was handled makes me wish we would have never called them in the first place. How disrespectful and unprofessional.

Need help coming to house at 930 at night and didnt fix anything just gave price on cost to fix it

I absolutely would not recommend this company. The person that came to my home told me my locking Mechanism on my washer was out. He told me he would have to order the part from G.E. which would be another 129.00 on top of the 75.00 service call. When he left something told me to just try my washer to see if it worked and it did. The guy was here all of 5 minutes and gave me completely wrong information. I did the right thing and paid for the service call all though he was inaccurate but I canceled my credit card. I wouldnt reccomend this company at all.

We just had the best technician! He fixed our Samsung washer in a jiffy. He tested all the spins and it runs great! He educated us on the maintenance and service requirements of our units. I recommend using Lawrence Appliance Repair to everyone.

I Called and scheduled in the morning (9:30 am) for a time slot of 1-4. At 1:30 they called and said they can’t make it. From the other reviews this appears to be a consistent issue. I won’t call again.

Tech was able to sort out the issue with my washing machine in just a few minutes and fixed it in less than an hour. Tech was surely knowledgeable and the person on the phone was nice and courteous!

Used them on numerous occasions, and has always been pleasant and honest to deal with.

I am leaving this review because the man that went to my house did a really fine job! The Jenn air wall oven is perfectly running and my wife is happy so am I!

Made an appointment early Saturday morning and was give a 2=5 slot and hade to give them 75 dollars to guarantee the time, waited all day got the repair person to call and at 5:10 I called to ask where the technician was, they advised someone would call, at approximately 5-30 they called and said they could be he on Tuesday am, I asked why they didn’t call me, I told them I want my visa money returned and forget the appointment, their courtesy of customers stinks,

My Dryer was half fixed with duck tape. It has been almost a year and I am still waiting for the piece to come in. But taking my money took no time at all. I would not go with this company!!!!

5 hours after our appointment time they call to say they cant get parts for my appliance so they wont be coming out today. Unacceptable customer service - how three days ago when the appointment was scheduled was this not a concern. Not to mention how I got hung up on the first time I called at 12:30 looking for our technician. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE.

Technician was efficient, experienced and very dependable. He fixed my Roper washer at a price that’s affordable.

They have no clue what theyre doing I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy they cancelled on me twice and they didnt have a technician apparently they dont have any

I called late Friday for an appointment to repair my refrigerator on Saturday. 1 hour before my appointment they called and said they cant come out until Monday.
