He came quickly to fix it, but charged $175 for 30 mins of work with parts only costing around $30. I felt he was just trying to rip of money than providing good customer experience.. I would not use him or suggest to anyone..

Said they would be here mid-morning and did not show up. When I called said he had tried to call. I was here all morning and never received a call. Not very professional. Said they would be out tomorrow. I called back and cancelled. Not impressed.

Bought a set from a Jack Tyler and he sold me a broken dryer. Refused to come out while under warranty. I called around and this was the fastest response time I found. Same day end of day was better than what I got from anyone else. Did a quick great job. Didn’t overcharge at all. (I looked up the cost for the part online) and was up front for a $50 diagnosis. I will always try to use them from now on but I do hope I don’t need to call them again because broken appliances are terribly stressful to deal with.

Highly recommend!!! Had a leaky hose causing our washer to not drain correctly. A friend recommended Jason and wow, I am so glad I called. Problem solved in less than 15 minutes and addressed the same day I called. They are reasonably priced, fast, friendly, will educate you on how the problem occurred and if its worth repairing. These are my go-to now for any appliance issues that come up in the future.

Our dryer was acting up and Jason discovered within no time. He also made sure to clean the whole underside of the dryer before leaving. Im very impressed by his hard work and positive attitude to get the job done right.

When our 10-year-old refrigerator died over the weekend, I called Lawrence Appliance Repair based on the positive reviews, hoping that they would be able to save us from having to buy a new fridge. Jason has been out to our place on four separate occasions. The initial price quoted for the repair was very reasonable. He ended up having to replace the compressor which did not succeed, after that he returned two more times to work on our fridge, eventually identifying what the real culprit was. My fridge/freezer has now been running properly for the last 72 hours, and I am hopeful that Jason has fixed the problem. Great customer service and I will be recommending his services to friends and family.

Thanks to Jason we were able to save about $400 of meat in the deep freezer the other day. The repair took about 2 hour because he had the part in his truck which saved us a lot of time. The other cool thing, he was able to be at our house 1 hour after calling. He treats freezers and refrigerators like emergency calls and made us his top priority. AMAZING COMPANY CALL HIM!

I have a 6 week old who is formula fed. After we make the formula for the day we store it in the refrigerator and lately my wife and I noticed our refrigerator wasnt cooling properly, only getting about 50 degrees. I filled out the online contact form at about 6pm and got a call from Jason at 730pm. I was surprised! I didnt expect him to be so responsive after-hours. He then surprised me again saying that he could swing by first thing in the morning! Jason showed up (with a mask on due to COVID-19) just as he promised, and defrosted my refrigerator and got it back into working conditions before lunchtime. Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive to all my questions/comments. His actions have ensured that he will be the #1 on my list if I have any appliance issues in the future.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I am so unhappy, please take your business literally ANYWHERE else.They had good reviews and were able to get out to us same day to fix our washer which was having issues spinning so we went with them. They sent a repair man out who didnt say 2 words to us on arrival and did not wear a mask. He left stating he needed a part and would return the next day in the morning. He showed up extremely late, again with no mask, but he did come in the next day and said he fixed it. We were charged an outrageous fee of $143 (if we had been quoted we would have opted to get a new washer as ours is 9 years old, but whatever, it was fixed). I attempted to run a load that night and the problem was NOT fixed, it still wasnt spinning.We called the company back and they said someone would be out the next day. We waited and waited, nobody showed up. This was on a Friday. We called that evening and were told someone would be out the next Tuesday. We waited and waited, nobody showed up. My husband attempted to call the main line back and his phone number was blocked! At this point it had been a week without a washer, so we opted to go with another repair company and ask for our money back. The new repair man was much better and charged a reasonable $60, and the problem was fixed.In the mean time I had called from my work phone and spoke with Jason and was told someone would get ahold of me to refund my money. Nobody ever called. I got on the website and filled out the form and asked someone to please call me. I received a call and was told it was against their policy to refund, but they had fired the person who worked on our washer because they were having problems with him! Are you KIDDING ME? Like this is supposed to make it right?! They had 2 opportunities to make this right by fixing the washer, blocked my husbands number, basically ghosted us and stuck us with the bill! They are siting that their policy is to fix the issue, not to refund, they had PLENTY of opportunity to do that.BEWARE. DO NOT USE THEM. I dont care what the other reviews say, this was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a business.

Jason was the only one willing to show up at my house the day I called and was able to get my refrigerator back up and running. Love this company and I 100% recommend them.

I do NOT recommend this place. Website says they are open 24 hours, so I called on a Saturday morning. Spoke with Jason and told him the issue with my washer. He said he could come on Sunday or Monday. I said I would call him back with which day would work for me. When I called him back, he said he would be here between 10am and noon on Sunday. Well, that time came and went. No call received from him at all that day. He finally called me on MONDAY, at 1PM. Said he was on his way back from Topeka and he wanted to stop by and look at the washer. I informed him that he was supposed to be here on Sunday, and that i had already contacted someone else. His reply was, Okay. That is so unprofessional. Obviously he doesnt need or want to work.

It took him about 45 minutes to figure out the problem and another 30 minutes to fix it. This company is lucky to have Jason working for them.

Jason was in Kansas City when I called about my refrigerator. He said he would stop by on his way home and he did. He was able to fix it within 2 hours of showing up. This guy is amazing and I wont hesitate to call him again.
