I needed to get my remote start key fob programmed to my car. The shop that originally installed the remote start is out of town, so I couldnt go there. Al & Eds told me they would give it a shot, though they didnt actually program my brand of remote start AutoMate. I happened to have the manual because the new key fobs that I ordered came with the entire kit. Needless to say, they got it to work and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Plus, they did it FREE of CHARGE!!! Thanks so much for the awesome service.

Great service and experience. I wanted to revert back to a stock look and previous car owner had gone a bit crazy. The guys at Al & Eds are great at explaining what they might be up against and how that might effect cost. They serviced me on time and got me out quickly. I love the online + retail service and support.

Good people here. I usually just buy my head units here. I can do my own installation work myself. But I would totally trust this place to work on my car of I couldnt do it myself.

I just came across this admittedly old bill 11/18/16 from A&E in Lawndale. Tyler Comer was the person whom straight ripped me off as I see it. I paid $1000.00 for the installation of two speakers. $550 for labor and labor -coaxial speakers, 1pair std. $200, Focal, 4 Access 2-way $199.99, shop supplies $36.00. Invoice 827514. It took all day and the technician destroyed the plastic device that triggered my window the adjust to the opening and closing of my door. During the installation the tech caused my door to malfunction and lock and they couldnt get my door open. They destroyed the mechanism getting my door open. Tyler wanted to charge me and additional $65 plus the cost of the part to reinstall the device. I have not returned for that. They may have treated other customers well but; they didnt do right by me. On my way out, Tyler commented that they have customers that drive cars like me that would easily pay $65 to have the damaged work repaired. I drive a 2005 500CL Mercedes, its old. I came to A&E because I read the reviews. I advise that they are hit or miss depending on which way the crow flies. It has taken me this long to respond because Ive been ill kidney issue. Recovering now I still recall the damage. They left my rear speaker hanging and I cannot turn up the sound too high because it will began popping. FYI.

,I have had a couple of vehicles in here to do full custom audio installs, including full Dynomat installation, window tinting, custom sub woofer boxes fabricated, front and rear cameras, etc. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable, fair and honest. He always treats me right. I highly recommend this shop.

Staff are very informative and friendly. They helped me get new speakers real quick and now they sound a lot better than before. One of the guys even fixed my cd holder that wouldnt close for free just because it was bothering him! Love it.

Really love this establishment! I have been here twice, once for me and then for my mother for tinting. All the staff are very helpful, professional and know their stuff! (Listen to their recommendations). Will definitely be back for when I need more additions for my car.

This place is a joke. Walking in to get a quote guys quoted me $1700+ for a $280+ for a viper ds4+ remote start. What a joke. I just went to best buy to get it done for 280 plus tax with installation included. And it only took them 1 hour compared to the 4 hours they said it would take.

Hontesly, it’s really clean and well kept at this location. I’ve been to a lot of radio shops to get various work done and some places are filthy and makes you feel like they don’t pay attention to detail. Which leads into next subject, the salesman (Tyler) took his time to go over everything they offered and things they specialize in. I ended up buying new headlights and restoring and cleaned my lens for the headlights. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Love these guys!! Walking in as a stranger and making it seem like I matter!! Took time to do this review, hopefully that’s the biggest compliment to management and owner for a job well done!

I had 3 cameras installed in my jeep for offroad purposes. 2 out of 3 of them will need to be repositioned or they will be scraped off on rocks, completely unprotected. In the bumper doesnt mean I want to replace a camera every time I play. No clue about what i wanted and why I wanted it.

I was shopping around for a new stereo and after a lot of internet searching, I wanted to put my hands on a unit and see/hear it for real. After stopping at a few big box stores where no one paid attention to you, or knew what they were talking about, I went to this store. This shop is nice and Laurie took the time to show me what I had already looked up, and even recommended a different unit that worked great and was on sale at a lower price. I even brought in my own MP3 player to make sure it worked. It was a great experience.

Im happy with the service I received here today. I was prepared to pay $300 for a replacement back-up camera, but when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it ended up being some damaged wires and I was charged significantly less than I was willing to pay. Theyve helped me before - free of charge - when I couldnt figure a few things out with my stereo, even though it wasnt puchased at Al & Eds. I guess you can go to a competitor (like I originally did) but theres no guarantee they will be around when you need them to fix something they installed. I regret not purchasing from Al & Eds to begin with, but Im thankful for the service theyve provided afterwards.

I bought a pioneer 8100 from these guys and had it installed at their shop. Highly recommend the shop. Great experience. Customer service is a no brainer here.

DONT TINT YOUR WINDOWS HERE!!! And they completely ruined the backseat of my NEW car! Wont refund! Groupon wont refund! They got tired of my complaining, so TOOK AWAY MY LIFETIME WARRENTY! You can keep taking these down, but they will go right back up! This is how you treat customers on social security??!!!

Small business area, hard to find. Service is good. Prices are slightly higher than normal.

Initially satisfied with their skill and good natured service, but have had to return to fix things several times since. They were notably less happy to deal with the first couple times I came back. It became a struggle to get them to recognize and fix a clear problem with their radio installation. (Radio and phone calls would die if you turned the engine from On to Acc, and for a week or so, Tyler was trying to convince me it was perfectly normal. Ive had the vehicle 12 years) I dont know if other places are better though. Al&Eds work on high end cars a lot, which shows at least that they can do expert work, but perhaps you need to be dropping real cash there to get careful work. I will still use them because perhaps Im just nitpicky, but if they go lazy on me after a big job again, Im out.

From the very beginning of my upgrade i expressed how important my driver info center on my dashboard was. the first system ordered had to be changed because i would loose my driver info center. the second one was upgraded at no cost to me because the model was not available. since im not a technician, of course i dont understand the full procedure in installing the new unit. My problem is when i took my car in, all of my driver info center was working. now neither of my trip functions will reset when i press the clear button. the other functions on the driver info center work. ive been told that al n eds tech did not touch that part of my system so im not accusing anyone. their cust svc was great but i lost the most important function on my dashboard
