The owner of this business is probably the worst owner i met. i saw the reviews about him being horrible owner but i decided to give him a chance..... that was a mistake. After he (i believe intentionally) scratches my paint in numerous places he harassed me to take down my negative review

Black paint is notoriously difficult because it shows every scratch and swirl mark. Not even two years after buying a brand new car, my paint looked awful. It was dull, hazy, and the swirl marks really took away from the beauty of the car. I happened upon Genuine Detail and spoke with Hector for about 10 minutes. He said the damage was fairly bad and it would take a rubbing compound to get to fix my issues. Hector also told me about ceramic coating which was the first time I had ever heard about it. Hector said, go home and Google some videos for ceramic coating and youll be back. Well, he was exactly right and I ultimately had 2 rounds of compound, 1 round of polish, and the ceramic coating to top it off and my car looked BRAND SPANKIN NEW! Couldnt have been happier with the quality of work and the results.
