I have been coming to V & D nails for so long I can’t even tell you how many years. Kim and her husband are such a great team and I always leave very happy! After so long of coming here Kim just gets me. I don’t even have to know what I want. I just tell her a color I think I want and she handles the rest. After getting my nails done for so many years it’s a breath of fresh air for me lol. Kim also does my waxing which my son and I wouldn’t dare let anyone else touch our eyebrows. I get so many complements on Kim’s work I send so many ppl her way. BUT make sure that you call a day or so before you go and book your appointment as Kim books up fast. Also give her sister a shot many times I’ve watched her work and she does amazing work as well.

Lovely nails

Over charged. Way too expensive. The guy took lumch before my daughter; ehivh I can understand, but no one to accommodate us. We were there for 4 hours. Regular pedicures, no gel, $30. I spent $118 on 2 pedicures and 2 full sets. Ridiculous. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I’ve been coming here for years! Always get treated great. Kim is my girl! Have to call a head to make sure she had time she is very popular, but all the girls are great :)

I took my daughter there for the first time for full set acrylics and pedicure. She was not happy with the shape nor with the paint job, also she got an infection on both big toes. Apparently the young lady who did her pedicure cut her skin on both toes. We definitely wont be going back there.

I stopped in at 6pm on a Wednesday- all 3 girls that were working had customers, I was asked what I wanted- I said pedi and manicure. I have some questions about gel on my fingers. So I picked color and soaked till my turn. I got my pedi, and the lady said I could go set at table for gel manicure. I asked the lady that was doing manicures if she could add length with gel nails. She said no, just tips I said ok, I want something not long, just natural looking. Her reply is one reason I will not go back. She replied I do not have time to do a full set, there is a girl waiting I said- oh you should of said something when I arrived and I could of went somewhere else. She said very rudely- you said manicure when you came in. So I said ok- just a normal manicure with regular polish- French tipThe lady had a different girl complete my hands. The other issue was cleanliness- they lay towels over back of spa chairs which is a great idea. However the one on my chair had hair all over it. So I turned it over to back side and that side too had someones hair on it. So I just set it aside. The girls working were reusing gloves- not cleaning the nail clippers or any of the metal tools. They also used same files on different people. I wont go back- I prefer a clean salon with at least some customer service.

This beauty salon was under a new management recently. I saw their banner outside that boasted a Grand Opening Special for a 10% OFF deal PLUS FREE DESIGN, so I thought I would try it. I am SO GLAD I did. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by KAYLA and KIM. I didnt have an appointment, but they could take me right away. They had a ton of color selections from OPI and they were very well organized so I could find just the color I was looking for.Kayla was my technician, and she did a great job. She was very thorough and didnt rush. I was in a good mood today so I struck up a conversation with her and she was very happy to chat with me (though I got the feeling that if I had just wanted to relax in silence she would have been ok with that as well). Another nice note was that the technicians didnt talk to each other nonstop in another language that I dont understand. That happens often around here, so it was nice to have the technicians focusing on their clients, not on each other.Which brings me to a few other random comments.- I was offered something to drink. FANTASTIC. I asked them to refill the water bottle I brought with me, but instead they brought me a bottle of water. Really nice touch! I also noticed they had coffee brewing, Wi-Fi internet, green tea, and candy.- The ambiance of the place was really nice. It is truly a relaxing and enjoyable place. There was no T.V playing, but rather wonderful soothing music unlike other place.- They also do waxing, facial, haircut, hairstyles, threading, and eyelash extension, and their prices are very competitive.- They were very clean and impressive. All of the tools were in sealed packets and had been sterilized.I am going back there soon and will be taking all of my friends and relatives with me.

I got acrylic nails, almond shape, but they did the nails to pointy. Also the nail polish was put on so bad, it looks like a did it by myself. Besides that, they didnt even clean of the extra nail polish of my fingers right. They did really poorly on my manicure. My pedicure was a little better but not too good either.
