Let me just start by saying that when I am due for a trip to the nail salon I always prefer to come here. The full sets and spa pedis never disappoint. They always deliver what I ask to perfection. They are pretty busy so appointments are best if possible. The only reason for a 4/5 is that the last time I visited the lady who did my pedicure was pretty rough. Otherwise I highly recommend this nail spa.

I went to this location on 03/05 for a full set. I called ahead for a walk-in and was told to come around 1pm. I arrive and they are still with some customers which is no big deal. Im not sure who did my nails but it was a young man and he began to size me without pushing my cuticles back or filing my nails. The man finished very quickly but the nails were horrible. They were pointing upwards and very thin. Later that day both my thumbs were hurting and I thought the man must have been rough while he was filing them. I absolutely hated the set and decided to go to an independent nail tech. To my surprise this nail salon uses MMA. MMA is illegal in California because it can harm your skin and respiratory. We spent 2.5 hours just trying to remove the acrylic. During the process, our skin was itchy because of the product. Please do not come here if you care about your health. There are plenty of independent nail techs that value your health and charge at a reasonable price.

These photos are the reason I go to TNS... The photos below are from another place, same day fresh nails were horrible, I broke my nail in two days and they were lumpy and polished over dust.TNS isnt perfect if you allow them, but the work is simple to be perfected here if you just ask and make sure you get what you want as they work. Great canvas for beautiful designs here. Ill post my nails next time I get them done here. Five stars of the can do better without having to be told proper nail care. 4 stars for how much they care... To do as close to perfect... Not 5 stars.

This place is AMAZING!!! They do a great job! I always get compliments on my nails!!This place is well clean and maintained, they sterilize all their tools.But I do suggest that you make the appointment, since it only couple of them that do nails, it can take a bit of time, but it well Worth it.The picture is some of the nails that they have done.

First of all, the quality in these pictures was why I came here, they seemed very professional and like they know what they’re doing. I made an appointment to get something done, come in and they were rude and unprofessional and told me to come back tomorrow or later. What was the point of MY APPOINTMENT THEN?? I felt so stupid and ignored. Completely disorganized. If you messed up then own up to it, you got lost my business.

The Nail Spa is awesome. The Techs are friendly and care about your needs. They take their time with you to give the best quality nails and pedicures. They have free snacks and water. The outta all the nail placed Ive ever been to they are the best 🤩🤩🤩

The service was so amazing! I will always come here! The people are kind, hygienic and the prices are right for the quality you receive. Make sure you call ahead and get a reservation.

Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment for 11 and when I got there they told me to come back tomorrow. Very rude and unprofessional

Good service, very clean and fast

A bit disappointed with the service. I felt that they were rushing because there was a line. Nail polish application was done poorly, cuticles were ripped off and one of the fingers started bleeding. Not to mention that the shape wasn’t anywhere to be symmetrical. Not sure if I’ll go again.

John did a excellent job with my pedicure. Everybody there gives each customer awesome service they don’t rush on you (that’s what I love) they take the time and attention to make sure you enjoy your service . Very clean they use new set of tools for the pedicures and sterilized the rest . I will definitely be going back.

I love the atmosphere..... they gave me a cold bottle of water as I waited for my nail tech. Very clean...they use new tools everytime. Good vibe. Will go back.

Best and I will say it again BEST customer service I have ever had at any nail salon. Everyone here is super friendly, outgoing, and funny. Beautiful job and the main, pedi, and gels, and they even have a childrens play area to keep the little ones busy while mommy get her nails done.

Worst experience ever! I’m visiting from New Jersey. I paid $120 for individual lashes and they are Horrible! My eyes are bloodshot red and burning. I️ have never experienced this ever! I️ will stick to my home town. They look like strips! I’m beyond livid. Do not get lashes done here. And all they can say it’s normal. It’s not!

The worst place I have ever been to and they even messed up my nails. I think the girl I had was fresh out of school and scared to do anything. The man who was doing my toes wanted to cut the sides of my toe nails and I said please don’t and he freaked out walked away and said NO MORE NO MORE ME NOT FINISH I said what because I won’t let you cut my nail off on the side. Too expensive for what they offer as well. Bugs in there too just the worst ever. Dare I touch the bathroom......go to a place where they respect the customer!!!

Loved it! My first time there. Went in for mani pedi. They take their time and do it right. They add the exfoliate for pedi and hot wax for mani, it leaves hands nice & soft. Definitely going back. And they are polite.
