DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1st their prices I found out later were double other companies, their technician damaged my walls, my ceiling and damaged my electricity near attic entrance. When I called to ask if they would send someone to repair the damages, the receptionist asked me what do want us to do? and never returned my calls. They also removed all my ducts and boots and when I brought in quotes from various HVAC co to replace them, they all said they have never seen such terrible work and it was not necessary to remove the boots which will cost me extra money to replace. I now have to hire an electrician to repair the damage they did and refuse to pay for. Terrible customer service, terrible work.

I hired them after they were recommended by a asbestos testing co. Dont use these guys they will scam you out of alot of money . They sent me a apprentice level worker that hacked my job left material in my attic contaminated with asbestos After not explaining the process right due to the fact he was a apprentice level worker they over charged me 1500$ its a scam dont use these people they act like nothing is wrong and the owner wont even answer my calls or anything im taking them to court asap! Dont use these people

Steve was not interested in answering questions when I called to see about getting a quote. I was referred to Steve specifically, but when I called HiTech and asked for him I was scolded for not listening to Jennifer who answered the phone because, according to Steve, her word is the Gospel. Im all for listening to professionals in their field. After all, thats why I called HiTech in the first place for a quote on asbestos removal. However, its not a good sign when you ask questions about pricing and timing and, instead of getting answers youre told to stop asking questions or go hire someone else. Thats quite the red flag. Interestingly enough, the questions I was asking pertained to why I needed to do certain things that would (by the way) require hiring Steves sons company, JLM, to do additional work.

Just used these guys for an asbestos removal before a remodel. They were responsive, fast and the onsite team was very friendly.
