The service was bad, and they charged too much money. They get mad at you if you complain. But the haircut was really bad. And they keep raising the price.

I dont agree they have great customer service. I was basically turned away as I arrived first thing in the morning. They say its first come first serve and no appointments, but they clearly had people they prioritize in the morning. I get it, they taking care of their loyal customers. Just wont be getting my loyalty.

I really like the haircuts here, but twice now the lady messes up my hair. I asked for a taper, I got a fade. I asked for the top to be cut, and its cut like a bowl cut. It wasnt super bad, but it wasnt what I wanted nor was it my style. I suggest asking for one of the other barbers to cut your hair rather than her.

I have been coming in here for a couple of years now and every haircut has been amazing when its one of the men cutting it. Well unbeknownst to me they were training a new lady to cut hair and man was she as new as they get.I grew up going to salons to get my haircut so there isnt a problem with anybody cutting my hair but here its always been men barbers until the new lady showed up.She laughed and shrugged in my face when she felt lost. She asked the other employees for help. They simply told her what to do and continued playing on their phones.Thus a disaster haircut that looked like a beret.So if you come here ask for one of the men and I guarantee a great cut.
