They need customer care training . In a serious way .. Justine and Allan needs retraining .Very rude don’t return calls they are just a mess … my cousin came to this store to purchase a television, first the store manger outside smoking on his phone Nd the other assistant clueless, they need training. Would never return again we went to Walmart up the street Nd got our tele with out being treated like re don’t exist.

Jessica was very Friendly and helpful. Ive spoke to her over the phone and in person and received excellent customer service. I will continue to be a customer because of her.

Destiny doesn’t know what she is doing, she tried to charge me an extra fee on the day I always pay my bill to switch it to a different date, I didn’t ask for that. Then called me before the store even opened and said I told her that I was going to be there before 6pm the day before and I never said that. She also told me that the extra charge came from late fees and I’m set up for autopay which I pay before autopay takes out and the one time I wait on autopay to take it I’m considered late.

Fair warning people run!!! this place is a rip off I have payed three times the price and have never missed a payment Ill NEVER go with the company ever again the only reason they are getting one star is because there was nothing lower to give very unprofessional place of business here the worst place to purchase from ever if your looking for a place to buy from dont go here..
