I ordered sofas and they are about two and a half months old and they have not arrived yet!! And every time I call them to ask about my order and when they will deliver it home they promise me from day to day and from week to week, what is this!!!

It took a little while to get the approval but the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Tried to purchase a recliner and was told you cant purchase and pick up in the same day... so why wouldnt I just order it myself? Waste of time.

They made a bad situation better! We bought our furniture through the Raeford location but after 3 failed deliveries for various reasons (broken items, back orders, wrong colors) the storr manager Angel (and she was an angel) and District Manager Craig assisted us in making this right. The one item that was on back order then broken twice was still at the store. While it had some imperfections we were able to take it home for now so our son would have it for Christmas (it was a gift from his grandmother). The District Manager even helped me load it into my truck without hesitation. Once a better conditioned one comes in they will deliver that and pick up the broken one. We really appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure our boy has his gift for Christmas!

The Laurinburg NC Badcock’S Furniture store staff delivered great customer service when I made a recent purchase. They were extremely helpful, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They will get my return business.

I went to the Laurinburg store to pick up my daughters bed mattress after it was 3 weeks late. No big deal. The lady at the front desk tells me to pull around to the side of the store so me and my mother does so. My mom is getting out of the jeep and a man in the back of a 18 wheeler that was at the other end of the dock unloading start yelling at her and she says were here to pick up a mattress and as Im coming around the jeep he starts yelling at me???? WHAT ARE YOU DOING???? He stops what he is doing and walks all the way from the back of the trailer to continue to yelling at us. This is the store manager thats yelling at us???? I explain to him the girl inside witch is standy right in front of us told us to pull around to get our mattress. He is still yelling at us. It took us like 30 seconds and we were gone. I will never buy anything else from that store again.

All the women at this particular location are great, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the products. My experience is always great here.

The new store manager is awesome. I recently went in with a cushion, from the sofa I purchased not even a year ago, that was busted and ripped at the seams. She handled the situation quickly with no questions asked! Thank you so much for standing behind your merchandise !

Walked around for 10 minutes and noone even spoke to me. Walked right by the front desk and noone acknowledged me. I went to buy a refrigerator and bedroom set, was going to pay cash for the bed and finance the refrigerator, but noone spoke. They get 2 stars for having nice merchandise. 🤷‍♂️

Ready to buy 2 lift recliners ($1700 cash) but they charge 99 to deliver 3 miles down the road. I walked out, Im not going to pay for delivery.

I was so excited I found the exact bed I was looking for. But I got to go look at it in the store before purchasing

The staff will lie to your face. I live across the street from a Badcock store. The employee that helped me said that the furniture item I wanted to purchase was going to be shipped from another store (even though I was looking at the item), and that DELIVERY was $95.00. The next day my mom went to cancel the order. The same employee told her that she could have the floor model (same one she was adamant couldnt be sold) and they would knock off some money because there was damage to the chair. The employee told my mom the delivery (again across the street) would take 4 days and be $99.00. She cancelled the chair order & went to Farmers Home Furniture. The item in question - a lift chair for my dad who couldnt get up and down from a regular chair after surgery. Thank you Farmers for your compassion & help when we needed it. Same on Badcock for such an horrible, lying, conniving employee.

Went to buy my mother a new recliner and saw a power button one we wanted to try, but not near an outlet so I had to ask the guy to go get an extension cord. He comes back, then we lift up chair to plug in and he says its missing its power box. You would think he would attempt to go find the box right? Nope nothing except to tell me again for the 10th time how it reclined. I wanted to see it for myself though and he did NOT make that happen. And so my mother and I along with other members of the family all left without making a purchase.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BADCOCKS...got a dryer that didnt get hot and and they act like they didnt want to fix it..they will lie right to your face and tell you that you will receive your whole deposit if you return your merchandise before a certain amount of days, which I did and come to find out getting a work number and everything they talk about they used my deposit for the delivery....it took them a whole 2 weeks to figure out some kind of excuse to come up with, not giving me back my deposit...!!!!who does that?😡

This place is really nice. We get almost all of our furniture from there.i didnt give it 5 stars because we had a few pieces of furniture delivered not to long ago and it took about 2 hours. We got a curio cabinet and about 3 other things.after they delivered the furniture, they left.then we realized that they forgot the curio cabinet.we called and they said they would have to run back to badcock to get the curio.so about 30 minutes to a hour later they returned, only to find out that they shattered the glass shelves during the drive to our house. So they had to run back to badcock and back to my house to install them. It was kinda crazy. But overall,I like the place and the service is nice.i just think they need to be a bit more careful with transporting.

Last month my balance was 1468 after I made my payment, I get my bill this month and my balance went UP to 1508? This people will rob you.

Terrible service, I was very disappointed with my experience with this company. I came in one day seeking to purchase a laptop for my classes next semester. I stood behind another costumer who was making a payment and there was a lady and a man up front who was just carrying on conversation for several minutes AFTER the lady had made her payment. So theres two people up front, two cash registers, and two customers… How come I wasnt helped? Needless to say I just left and made my purchase at Aarons in Laurinburg.
