The hairdresser did a great job. It was her first week back to work there after many years. She was very professional, and did a great job. I would let her do my hair again. She colored and styled my hair.

Two days in a row I made an appointment. When arriving to my appointment I was not greeted either day. Both days I was told there are people in front of me. Even though I had an appointment. Both days I was told to stand and wait to the side. Will not be back. Zero on customer service scale.

The managers name is Sabrina. She is very efficient and truly capable in her work. She juggles many responsibilities and does not complains to her clients. If it wasnt for her professionalism, I probably wouldnt use Smartstyle Hair Salon. Glad she is my hairstylist.

Went to get my hair cut . Ended up going somewhere else because the person who did it didnt ask enough questions about how I wanted it cut quick rip off trim and out the door.

The salon at 1621 Highway 15 N in Laurel, MS is complete crap!! I was told they could cut my hair the way I have had it for 29 years. When they finished it was butchered!!! I wound up having to shave my head and they still charged me!!!! After contacting the GM over the store I received a refund but still have a bald head to deal with!!! They were extremely rude on top of it all!! Please avoid this location if you like your hair!!!!

My child needed his hair braided but wasnt long enough to catch they claimed but hated that it ended up cut for that style and dont like it. Others didnt neither.

Horribly rude stylist!! I was asked to come back in thirty minutes, came back and she didnt want to take my name down for the waiting list. I complained till she put me on the waiting list, then waited 30 more minutes. During my wait one of the very rude stylist was complaining about me to her client. Finally got my daughters name called and another rude stylist refused to trim her hair. She said she had lice, which was clearly just her psoriasis flaring up. She should not be allowed to cut hair if she cant tell the difference between lice and psoriasis!! I have never been treated so rude in my life and I have already made a phone call to the corporate office.

Went online chose a 12:45 slot for my sons hair cut. Get into the parking lot, when the lady calls and says it will be 2 hours. What is the point of the online app. No point at all !! I will be finding somewhere else to go.
