I took my son here this morning for a haircut, his first after a year plus, we did not know we had to make an appointment, but the barber that was free still took him. My son is usually not good at barbers but even though it took a while ( he had a lot of hair) he was surprisingly okay. The barber took his time and did an awesome job, I did not get his name but the first chair on the left when you enter the shop, with a bald head and glasses. Thank you great job!!

I went here not too long ago and it was terrible. It takes forever to get your haircut and the end product is nothing special, in fact its terrible. The barbers there do you so dirty and its a waste of money. I will never come back here again.

I went today to get a cut as I am new living in this area. James sat me down right away and gave me a tight cut and beard trim with a line up. Very clean and professional with good pricing. Will be going to see James on the regular!

When it comes to getting my childrens haircut I can at times be a little difficult. Today I took two of my children to get their haircut and let me tell you they LOOK AMAZING. One of my sons asked for a zigzag part and it looks NICE.... Im so happy I took them here and I will return to get my other three sons haircut. The two of them had the, I know I look good face when we were leaving. The atmosphere of shop was professional. They are very talented and are serious about their business. All of them were friendly and when I had questions they answered them. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

I have been getting my haircut at this location for more than 10 years, and every single barber in this location can make you look good. They are very professional and the environment is quite family friendly. I now bring my son along also, and they are very patient with him.

My favorite barbershop in the area. Ive been to several since moving to Maryland and this is easily the best. Always leave with a great cut and beard trim. Great price. Only downside is not all the barbers take card.

Took my little brother here a few month back did not cut his hair good missed a few area and over charges you $25 dollar for a poor quality haircut I’d recommend going else where and send $15 and get a much better hair cut then this place.

I have been going to this shop for about 6 years, every barber has been cordial. The atmosphere is laid back yet welcoming. They always try to have some TV show or music on that suites everyone. My barber is Ryan, he does great work, he also took care of my grandmother when she was alive. Mike cut my aunt a few times and she was very pleased. All in all they do great work and there is never a dull moment!

Just recently moved to the Maryland area and I’ve been searching for a barber since August. With no success. Today I took a chance and walked into City Barber, and found James (second chair on the right)not very talkative but he’s a very good Barber. I think I have found my man. Thanks James for cutting my hair with very little direction from me. I’ll be back.

Great barbershop. I usually go to mark for a cut but everyone in there can give a good cut. Also, they open up super early, which is helpful for people with busy schedules.

I’ve been getting my head cut here since 2009. Almost never had to wait more than 30 minutes and it’s a real chill and laid back environment. These guys have been cutting probably longer than I been alive.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have lived in this area for years but I had never heard of this barbershop. I went to get a cut because of the convenience of being located near my house. I went early in the morning, and it would have been a giant waste of my time if I hadnt walked out. The line was long, only 1 barber was there, and he was having a jolly time talking and laughing while the line just got longer. I ended up waiting for about 50 minutes, and there were STILL people in front of me. I got fed up, and walked out.I thought that this may have been a one time experience of bad customer service. So I decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE. The same barber was there, and I told him about his terrible customer service and gave some tips on how he could improve the customer experience. Instead of being an adult and a serious business owner, he behaved like a 5 year old throwing a temper tantrum. He told me that he was doing ME a favor by cutting my hair, and said if I didnt like his shop, I could leave and not come back. So I left. I gladly took my money with me, and will never return to this shoddy establishment even though its very close to my home. Read the reviews that have been written. Service is terrible, barbers are rude, and they act like they are doing YOU a favor. News flash buddy. This is America. This is capitalism. If your service sucks, people will go elsewhere. And to anyone reading, you should go elsewhere

My hair was uneven. On top of that he had a pair of clippers so it just shows he did a lackluster job. He messed up my friends hair as well today. I couldve cut my own hair and done a better job with clippers at home. How could you mess up the most simple haircut???

I enjoyed coming to this barbershop, they didnt make me wait like other shops do. When I walked in they asked if I was waiting on a certain barber, I gave my answer they put me in a chair, I got a cut and was out in no time.

This place isnt much but i got my hair cut right. Already forgot the name of the guy who cut my hair but will surely remember him. My brother however who goes there all the time was very disappointed cause his main barber was off that day and his back-up with some kind of attitude just told him to wait because he was on lunch break, just eating off a basket of Popeyes chicken. Now arent barbers considered independant contractors?? I believe if he really wanted the job he could have hurry or paused, whatever but be a bit more polite in his response. Still giving 3 thumbs up to the brother who cut my hair, 2nd chair on the right!

Have gone on & off to this place for last many years and theyve been okay, though very inconsistent & rudish but because theyre very close to my business and open early, I kept patronizing them whenever I was pressed for time and always was polite and gave generous tips.Last weekend I had the misfortune of having my hair cut there by a novice & probably unlicensed barber, whom I told to cut my hair almost sking on sides and very short on top.He turned my chair around and went to work but even though he tried to be friendly, he cut my hair totally wrong and uneven, hardly cut hair on top. I didnt want to embarrass him and was late already, so paid him $21 for a $16 hair cut and left. Next day I went there in the morning and found one barber sitting in the back alone, I asked him the name of the barber the night before and his hours. He gave me the name but didnt have his # and when asked I said its nothing.I called & called the barber shop to speak to him, but everytime there would be so much noise that they would pick up the phone & hang up as they apparently couldnt hear me. I finally got the # from another barber and called AB who was pleasant and told me I could come coming saturday at 3 pm, as he works there only part time.That was today and I wasted couple of hours waiting for him, eventually went to hair cuttery and paid happily another $22 to Quan - the niceset & friendliest barber. I walked straight back to this so-called barber shop to show the lazy barbers my new haircut within a week, because they couldnt care that I was unhappy and obviously had a bad haircut. They wont fix it in 2 minutes, even though they were doing nothing but lying in their chairs checking their phones.I WWILL DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.I
