Omega Auto Werks did a phenomenal job with my engine replacement. They took my car in and got it back to me in less than a week! Worked with my warranty to company to get a brand new engine and a rental car!!! Service was exceptional I was never in the dark about what was going on with my car and they went above and beyond expectations. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their car especially if they are going through a warranty company. 10/10 thank you to the owner and staff!

Auto repair reviews are difficult because there are so many factors that go into auto repair.I have dealt with this company professionally and as a customer and personally feel they do an outstanding job in the dealings I have had with them.They have reasonable prices compared to Competitors and are very good at offering suggestions or alternatives that are good without compromising quality.They have a tool now that ask questions regarding your repair, I wish all shops used this and highly recommend using it if you take your car here for repair.So many times time in a repair shop is waisted by either information lost in translation from a service advisor or communication between the customer and shop after the car is dropped off,. These questions and answers are key to any mechanic trying to diagnose a problem so by providing this information is tremendously useful and important to repairing the car correctly and efficiently as possible.I wish they were closer to my home, BUT I will take my car here because they do great work and they are fair.For this reason I highly recommend them!

Excellent BMW expertise! This place is knowledgeable, honest, and goes beyond typical customer service. I dropped off my BMW M3 in the am for servicing and they emailed photos of a thorough inspection and followed up with an estimate for repairs to be completed by end of day. They also have a big shop which allows then to handle many cars, getting you in and out fast.

I travel 30 miles to this shop cause they get it right first time every time. This is a very clean, professional well ran shop with some of the nicest people working there, if you have an issue or questions the owner is always available to assist you. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

This is a great shop in the Laurel area. The staff were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I took my car in for a private purchase inspection and expected a pretty basic report, but I was wrong. They took pictures of absolutely everything and explained it in detail. They uploaded and entire profile for my car online, so I can go in and view future maintenance schedules. I highly recommend this shop.

Omega is where I bring all of my vehicles. I will say they have excellent customer service and great mechanics. They fully explain any recommendations to get approval before beginning work. To me it is better than dealership service for less than dealership cost. I will not call them cheap but I feel they are fair and know what they are doing.

This is a great garage. Theyre available to assist with specialized repairs of vehicles old and new, with plenty of floor space and the tools to take on the toughest of jobs. I work on my own vehicles, and these guys are my go-to when a job becomes too difficult for even me to manage on my own. All of it done at a reasonable price, as well. Ask for a military discount; certain members will honor it, depending on who performed the work.

I was willing to drive an hour to get my car serviced here due to high recommendations from others. Oil change took a little over 1.5 hours, which seems on the slow side due to other dealerships I have been to. However, the staff was friendly and they were fair with pricing. Would definitely recommend going here over the Volkswagen dealership in Catonsville, if you are a Volkswagen owner.

OMEGA works on all of our companys fleet vehicles. They are very organized and get the paperwork right over to us. They do a full walk around of the vehicle and let us know of any issues there may be on top of just scheduled maintenance. They do a wonderful job!

This unassuming and unpretentious auto shop provided excellent service at a very reasonable rate. The communication and personalized service is top notch. They provided clear estimates, the service manager, Julio, talked through all of the options, and they performed the service quickly. When I needed a ride after dropping off my vehicle, they also offered a complimentary local shuttle back to work, saving me a Lyft. Most of vehicles in the shop were high end luxury brands (Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, etc) but they were equally considerate of my simple Toyota. Highly recommended.

Me and my father have been bringing our family vehicles to this shop for about 5 years. Service there has been excellent in every way and the shop owners are very attentive to their costumers. When we have not previously scheduled an appointent, they do their best to fit our vehicles in according to their ability. And now they have a system that sends you real time updates on the status of your car via text messages. Great place, have recommended to about 8 other friends so far.

Went here for the first time this past December for an oil change. While checking over the car they saw I needed a new battery and serpentine belt, which they were willing to provide and install at a more than reasonable price. Ive been dealing with Walter and Nellie for about 10 years, even when they were located on the other side of Rt1, in the old days. They have always been great to deal with and its even better now in their new location. Ive been in the back where they work on cars and it is clean and organized, the way it should be. Walter, Julio, and the other technicians are sharp guys who know what they are doing and can be trusted to handle repairs properly. A+!

Took my car back here after not bringing it there for a couple years. Kept my car overnight for 2 nights for alignment, 2 new tires, oil change, thermostat change. One of the tires they put on is leaking air. At least they communicate well

Terrible business Walter is a CROOK they are very dishonest your car can go in for brakes and come out needing a motor. They turn back odometers for dealers an pull check engine light bulbs out. Prices are way over price try going to dealership prices will be the same. They tell you they are using OEM parts an use junkyard parts. Trust me I am a dealer I know alot of people who have dealt with them they are the worst kind of mechanics.

WARNING: DONT USE THIS PLACE!! DISHONEST AND THEY USE YOUR VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USEIf I could give a (-5) star, I would.Carmax used them as a 3rd party to fix my blind spot sensors in my Durango R/T. Dropped the car off on January 5th, didnt get it back until Jan 24th.Every time I got got an update it was, some reason followed by, theyre working on it then the stories werent making sense from the previous stories.Example: on the 12th I got a message from Carmax saying they said they cleaned the sensors and should be good to go. Then on the 19th another update that they said the sensors were just hanging and I needed a new bumper bc it wasnt the original bumper.If they supposedly cleaned my sensors on the 12th, wouldnt they have found that issue before the 19th? Let alone, why did it take a week to clean my sensors? Then another week to say the bumper and sensors werent correctly installed????So on the 19th, I asked Carmax what my mileage was when I dropped it off and they told me. In the back of my mind something wasnt right and thats why I checked.I end up going to Carmax on the 24th to tell the GM and Service Manager that Im pissed and I want my car back immediately. A job that should have only taken a day to resolve turned almost into 1 month, let alone my wife is 8 months pregnant and we needed the car back before anything happened.I get the car back and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, theres an additional 70 miles put on the car!!! Along with the the paperwork stating the entire job was between the 19th and 23rd and they only put 4 miles on the car.Now, I have no idea what my car was used for or if they actually got into an accident with my truck and tried to cover it up. I only had the car for 2 months before sending it to be repaired and didnt have any traction issues. Now my tires are so worn down that I have to get new tires because the back-end fishtails and its very unsafe even driving in minimal rain.Moral of this experience, ALWAYS check your odometer before leaving it with a garage and NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

Idk about other euro vehicle owners, but I only take my VW to euro specialists and thats what Omega Auto Werks was. They took in my vehicle even thought i did not make an appointment and even dropped me off at my house. Once the part came in less than 24 hours they immediately installed it and I was back on the road with alot more money in my pocket than I originally predicted. No complaints here.**Oh and they speak german which just gave me that extra warm and fuzzy :)
