Always a positive experience....done right, explained in terms I understand and a price that is reasonable for honest work done. Been years and NEVER had a bad experience
Always the best price on town and very friendly. I have been going here for over a decade and would recommend it to everybody.
Good work and honest owners. Will go back for car maintenance in the future.
I have used European Sports Garage numerous times over the years to service my cars and trucks. I would use it more often but I am not that close and go to some local spots for routine issues. Steve and the crew are the most competent and professional people I have dealt with in the auto repair business. The work is done right, on time and with full explanations. The price is fair with no worries about shortcuts. I wouldnt hesitate to send my 89 year old mother there alone for service on her vehicle. I highly doubt the encounter as described by Rick below occurred. These guys are just too professional. These days, some people just perceive insult if you dare not to agree 100% with their positions. Ricks mom will only be spiting herself if she decides to not return to European. Now thats a poor business decision.
My go-to mechanic shop! They are always honest, fair and communicate everything from start to finish well. Won’t go anywhere else!
Great service, fair prices and honest service. Plus a follow up card :)
Im new to Laurel and had car trouble soon as I moved in town in March and they have been my back bone for all my car maintenance since. They are honest and have reasonable prices.
My 84 year old Mother had been using this repair shop for over a year until an employee there decided to start and pursue a political argument with her. That was followed by a second employee who proceeded to gang up on and further humiliate her. Besides that being a poor and unprofessional business decision, it was uncalled for and frankly quite rude. She will not be using this facility any longer.
Very professional and informative. Extremely trustworthy and honest. I bypass more than 20 auto service centers to get to European Sports because theyre the best.
This is the most honest repair shop I, and everyone I have sent here, have ever used. Even if you think something is terribly wrong many times it has turned out to be something simple and inexpensive to repair. They give you what needs to be done in so many miles and never rush to do it sooner. When I move out of the area I will really miss this place.
Mechanics are on point as to what they work on.
They have worked on our cars for years and I have found them to be honest, fair priced, and they do a great job. Highly recommended.
Great service. Fast & friendly.
Love this place for all my vehicles repairs since a few years now. Reasonable prices and trustworthy. Steve Claudy is the best.
They have been there and done that. Not too expensive. Hard to spot - its on the right going north, after Route 1 comes together again.
I have been going to European Sport Garage for all my vehicle maintenance, service, and repairs for almost a decade (Ive taken in BMWs, Subarus, and Acuras). Their customer service is always excellent and the work they do is top notch. One thing I particularly appreciate is how prompt they are about getting work done when they say it will be done. I now live in Washington DC but still manage to make my way back to Laurel for any work my car needs.
I moved to Maryland about 5 years ago and having been taking my car to European ever since. As a 20something, single female was concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic. I heard about European Sport Garage through the recommendation of a coworker who had been taking his car there for years. I have now experienced everything from simple oil changes and diagnostic work to regular maintenance and my car shutting off in the middle of a highway after having gas stolen and my tank being filled with water. Each and every time I have had nothing short of perfect service. The staff are polite and respectful whether Im making an appointment over the phone or physically in the shop. Steve, the main mechanic, personally handles the service calls, explaining things to me in a way that I can understand without being condescending or making me feel as if Im being duped - again as a 20 something, single female, that shows character. Oil changes are completed within 30 minutes so if I decide to wait my entire morning isnt lost. Diagnostic work is done quickly but thoroughly - my temperature gauge was telling me my car was seemingly overheating, took it in for a check and when he could have easily said something was wrong and charged me for work that didnt need to be done, he was honest and said everything looked fine, to keep an eye on it, and let him know if it keeps happening. Check engine light came on, my car is an 04 with 100K on it so I wasnt surprised - they not only found the computer based issue but also went beyond that and did an internal check which found my main drive belt to be missing a section (thus preventing a more serious issue). After having my gas kindly replaced with water, they worked with me and my insurance company, getting my car back to me by the end of Tuesday, the second day, regardless of it being an unexpected item Monday morning. When the replacement fuel pump was faulty and left me stranded almost two hours from the garage, once hearing from the AAA shop that is was a fuel pump issue, they handled getting it towed back to European, getting the manufacturer to provide a new part, and the labor at no charge to me. Regardless of having the part already in the shop or needing to order one, they will work to get your car back to you in a shorter amount of time than you could have hoped. Ive now upgraded to a VW and European treats me better than the dealer I bought the car from! Steve, the other mechanics, and staff at European are professional, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I am incredibly thankful to have found such a wonderful mechanic on my first try and would highly recommend you take your car to this shop. If youre within driving distance of Laurel, MD - you have no reason not to!
Been bringing my and my families vehicles here for well over a decade and always happy with the service and prices.
Professional. Honest. Excellent Service
Great service! Affordable prices!
Steve @ European Sport Garage is AWESOME.My check engine light came on and I took my car to Midas in Laurel MD. After a diagnosis, I was told I needed a new transmission and CVT valves. Total bill with parts and labor $4,796.My husband wisely suggested that I bring the vehicle to European Sprot Garage, and WOW.. I found an Honest Mechanic. There was NOTHING wrong with my Transmission (except for the fact that is was filthy and needed a good flush) In addition the CVT valves that I was told needed to be replaced at the cost of ($1,075) were just loose and needed to be tightend. To my great surprise and relief, My TOTAL BILL was a whopping $242.00... YUP thats not a typo $242.00 was my bill.Steve and European Sport Garage will be the only mechanics working on my car from now on!!!
Steve and his team are the best mechanics in town.
Mr. Steve is always trustworthy, will tell you exactly how necessary repairs are, and minor things are a one- day turnaround.
Its good place nice people
Great team, great people! Honest people!!!!
