To start off amazing customer service !!! I came in for help on registering my first car unfortunately due to COVID the appt with the MVA were ridiculously spaced out. I was helped by both parts of the business getting insurance for my new vehicle and tagging it all at once !!!I wish I got everybody name that made this process so unbelievably smooth for me but I’m love with this location . Everyone so well informed and kind !!!

I absolutely love roadway, I was recommended by a friend. My agent was beyond helpful in explaining my policy to me and helping me workout a price that is best for me. The staff is truly like a family, and has a great ambiance.

Ive used the tag and title portion of this business several times and it is a lifesaver from having to go to the Maryland MVA. I do not think I will ever go back to the MVA.

As far a service and vehicle claims Very unhappy with this company not pleased or satisfied not one bit. Was a victim of a hit and run accident on March 31, 2020 and took DAYS after just to hear back from adjuster spoke to adjuster ONE TIME for a few mins over the phone for a very short period of time during this whole process. While calling her getting no answer leaving messages and emailing her for DAYS it took 2 WEEKS just to get my next response from her. Having to retrieve and purchase and my own police report and her promising to return the cost and not doing so as said. Calling and calling since April 2and NO ONE answers there phone. Leaving message after message asking for a new adjuster or supervisor or manager leaving voicemails and still till this day HAVE YET received a call back from a Manger or supervisor and just left in the blind regarding my claim. My car is just sitting at a tow yard not knowing whats going on or the next step In the process just left in the blind.... NOT HAPPY NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!! If I could give a -5 stars I would honestly do so!

I love this agency they have great customer everyone is always so helpful, I got my policy started as I was at the MVA. It took 10 minutes to get me insured. I recommend this agency for your insurance needs.

I absolutley love this Agency. The staff is very well educated and has always given me the best service. They helped me get my vehicle back on the road with no problems. Roadway Insurance is now offering Maryland tag and title services.

Lazy Criminals. We all know auto insurance in Maryland is a racket, but this ones a woozy. You have to sign over any legal right to overpaid premiums just to get the insurance in the first place which should be a crime. You will pay enormous amounts of money for a policy that literally doesnt cover anything. Youre better off driving without insurance. This place is worthless and so are all the people that work for them.

I actually had a lapse in insurance due to personal reasons and was having difficulty getting auto insurance, I called several agencies and got no call back, so I started to get confused. I got off work Friday and started making me calls and thats when I reached Nena in theLaurel office at 5:59 on a Friday night. The tone in her voice calmed me and then she informed me of my options and then explained to me that they closed at 6 and I would have to talk to someone else Sat because she was off and wouldnt return til Mon, Again, I had a dilemma I need to run and put money on my Ace card because I had cash and no credit card. My heart stopped and started to beat again when she said Ms Crump Im gonna wait here at my office because you said that Ace is 10 min from you and Im gonna call you back so that your policy can be in effect as soon as possible, and guess what she did just that. After a longs day work, she called me back in exactly 10 minutes and my policy is in full effect. God sent me a Guardian Angel and I will never forget her unselfish act of kindness in my desperate need. Thank you so much Nena James, I truly appreciate you helping me even when you could have made me wait til Monday. If you need car insurance please ask for her and let her know I sent you.
