Last Friday I checked the close time to see if I was able to go there before closing. As you can see on google and at the door of this location, says until 6pm I was there at 5:40 pm I asked to leave early from work and the girl there that day we are close sorry and literally ignore me don’t have the decency that at least attend me. I explained her that I have to leave early from work that in work Monday to Saturday and didn’t Care. I called customers service and sent them an email with the picture and I call at 5:50 me still standing there.Not going ever again here just for the lack of attention. I’ll add the picture I took

This Friday I arrived at the agency at 4:50, there were people waiting outside, there was a lot of sun and heat in the hall, I waited until 5:35 when two people who were attending came out, two people entered and the girl who attends said they are not going to receive more boxes because at 6:00 pm they have to be leaving the premises and setting the alarm I was the next to enter I asked her to attend me and she told me that until 6:00 pm they pay her that she was not going to stay more time then wait 45 minutes for nothing. I hope the customer service changes because today they already lost one.

Terrible service, one of the employees is extremely slow for almost 1 hour to make a transfer and the other employee does not even know how to use the system. She literally said that she couldnt send the box because she doesnt know how to use the system

Bad company, I made a shipment that could never be traced because the system did not show it, I contacted customer service and no one showed interest in solving the case, I called for 15 days and what I found was a pachydermy and total indifference. from insisting they contact me and simply tell me that the box was lost.
