TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My daughter made an appointment to get her windows tinted, when we got there we were very specific and asked three times when the SUV will be Ready? The lady at the front desk Brianna ( By the way this Lady act like she did not care at all ) told us 2 1/2 Hours to 3 Hours Max, my daughter was on her way to CA with her 6 Months old baby  and we ask again to please make sure the SUV to be ready on time, she replied again it will take 2 1/2 Hours to 3 Hours, so we waited a little over three Hours just to make sure.  So I personally called the place to ask about the SUV then Brianna told me Yes is Ready, 10 minutes later we got a call to say oh so sorry is not Ready, and they told us, they havent even started on her SUV that it will take over two Hours.. Seriously?  my daughter wasted almost 4 Hours out of her day and Now she has to take her baby under this Las Vegas Heat..This is Totally unacceptable and these people schedule more work than they can handle..THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES,  Dont waste your time and money, Go to a place that are professionals and they do have customer Service

This guys tinted my Tesla Model 3 and did a great job. I did my whole car and my whole front windshield and it stays really cool in the Summer. This a Thermal Camera that shows how cool it stays with the 3M Tint.

Dont waist your time at this place!! I ask for a glare strip for my windshield. Was cut wrong!! Way to short and also curved. Witch i did not ask for. I ask if they could fix it and told me no. I would have to pay another $45 for there mistake. Sorry not getting my money twice. Also had an appointment at 2:15 did not leave the shop until 4:30. This is a 20 min job. Terrible customer service. Taking my business else where!

Booked an appointment online, that was easy enough. They called to confirm. I went there the following day their waiting room was very clean. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff member. I had a few questions, he was very knowledgeable. It took a little longer than expected to pickup my car, but I think they were busy. Lastly, I think they did a great job on my car!! I love it!

Hands down the best tint shop in Las Vegas. They have an in house computer that cuts the tint to the exact size required to ensure a perfect fit every time, and the years of experience to ensure a flawless installation. They answered my request for a quote early in the morning, saw me that day, and completed the work quicker than the time they estimated. I was in and out in one day and absolutely love the work they did.

I asked to match my back windows they said not a problem. When it was done I noticed front windows had a blue tint compared to the back which was bronze. They told me its still wet . Let it dry and then check it.Its been a week still the same. I called them to see what can we do. Maybe a discount on my front window tint. Never had a chance they said thats the best they can do. 100% excellent customer service:While waiting for my 2011 Porsche Cayenne Turbo to get finished, I saw the counter clerk take some serious abuse from a border-line psychotic lady, and he found soluions for her and kept her business. So if youre picky and require special attention, come here because these guys will take good care of you.100% workmanship guaranteed:There were a couple of trim problems after the tint was installed. They quickly found solutions and fixed the problems.100% Ceramic IR tint quality:Looks Amazing! I only found 2 small defects from installation, not the material, but 1 window looks like it has a little booger stuck in it and another looks like a scrape mark on the tint (probably from their install scraper). Either way Im not holding this against them since the film needs 3 to 5 days to cure. I expect both blemishes will disappear. If not, I know they will stand behind their work and reinstall film as needed.0% Timeliness:Scheduled appointment for 8 am. I showed up late 8:30am; my bad... Promised me 3 hours to completion... it took them nearly 8 hours!!! I truly think the delay was due to the crazy lady getting her car fixed up while mine was in the works.Overall, Im extremely happy with Avalos Window Tint! Thanks guys!

The shop has very good customer service and was very polite and easy to talk to. The waiting area was very clean and they have complementary cold water, soda, and coffee. I was a walk in and they had me in and out in a couple hours and they have the best prices I could find. I would highly recommend talking your vehicle here.

Shopped around a bit but when I got recommendations to come here more than twice I decided to come here. I met with Dante and he explained everything I needed to know and what was best with my budget. I got all my windows tinted including my windshield for a good price. They had a nice waiting area with the TV on, drinks and even a massage chair. My car was done and I was very pleased with the results. They even added a vinyl decal that Ive been meaning to put on for awhile now. Totally recommend getting your tint done here. Yes there other places that may be cheaper but knowing their lifetime guarantee that came with my tint is gonna give me peace of mind which makes it totally worth it.

I was quoted $175 through email but unfortunately it was months old, the pricing was up and I understand the heat is coming and everyone wants tint. The guy at the desk said he’d get my car done for $220 with tax included and lifetime warranty, when other places will charge you twice as much just because you drive a nicer car or than others. But back to the point $220 a lifetime warranty on the tint the job done in 1 hour without any flaws done perfect can’t get any better. Hopefully they have a car wrapped so I can get a preview of the job before getting my car wrapped by them.

This is my 3rd car Ive had tinted here and the 1st that needed to have the old tint removed and not once in 11 years have I had less than an amazing experience! Updated review:I brought my Malibu here last year and received AWESOME service.When we got a new car last month, the first thing we noticed was that wed lost our awesome tint protection, so I brought the new car in for the same service. Very happy with the work done, and they stood behind their work 100% because the windshield had some small artifacts left between the window and the tint this time. Technically, it probably wasnt enough to warrant a re-do, but the owner did anyway. He could have refused and been technically correct but lost me as a customer. Instead, he made me even more loyal than before. I tell all my Uber friends to come here and tell them about how he made it right.THATS why I keep coming back to Avalos. They are not the cheapest, they are the BEST and they stand behind their work 100%.

Found them though Yelp after getting HORRIBLE tints and prejudice service from Kings Auto Glass on Bonanza. Sent a message though yelp asking for a quote, got a response rapidly - set up a date and got my tints done in about 4 hours total and I am more than satisfied by the service and tints. Before they started they had showed my husband the damage Kings Auto Glass did and made sure he knew about it before they proceed that way they wouldnt get blamed for it, which was professional. My only complaint is when I had message them though Yelp and I had mentioned that I also wanted my windshield tinted and was quoted for ALL windows - but when my husband dropped the car off they wanted to charge an extra $30 therefore a star has been taken off.

I brought my sedan here to get it tinted last month and now here I am posting my feedback since they did a great tint work. They have different tint choices. They explained the difference and I got the ceramic tint and since they had windshield tint special I couldnt miss it. I like it. The price was reasonable. Very professional and nice shop! Highly recommended! I was amazed with the plotter, it gives the patterns perfectly I saw how Marco worked it out :-) Im sending my co-workers to do their tint with you guys. Thank you again. :-)

If there was anything less than one star, thats what this place deserve. I wouldnt recommend coming here because the price you hear over the phone is much lower than what they tell you when you walk in. I called the day before to get a quote on removal and tinting my 98 Isuzu Rodeo, $135 for tinting, $65 for removal. As a bonus, I can get a windshield strip for free which normally is $30. I was also told it would take about 2, 3 hours. So I make an appointment for the next day for 9am. I show up 15 minutes early and wait outside in my car. When they open the doors, Im the second customer in there so I wait patiently until Im called up. The guy asks me what it is that I want done and if I was given a price already. I told him that I have a 9oclock appointment and that I was told $135 for tinting and $65 for removal. He then tells me Oh no, thats not how much it should be. Its $190 for tinting and $65 for removal. He then brings out his calculator and tells me that Im looking about $270 - $290. But he can do it today for $250. I told him that I wish I had known this prior to coming in because the guy over the phone told me a different price. So in walks this young guy and they conveniently communicated in Spanish. The young guy nods and tells him, Yeah, $135 and $65 for removal in English. Im no dummy, Im not about to be scammed by that midget scrub. I grabbed my stuff and walked out. So warning!!!! Dont fall for his scam. I recommend going to Sal on Desert Inn.

Came in today as a last mintue walk in. They were all generous and respected the fact that I work during their business hours. They actually know their products I had done some research before coming in. The installation was the closest thing to flawless tint! They definitely deserve the 5 stars! This place is the bomb dot com!!! Im a flight attendant for a major airline so Im always traveling and will try to quickly squeeze in all my errands while Im home. I took my white Toyota 4Runner here a few weeks ago last minute toward the end of the day, no appointment and the guy (cant remember his name because I am terrible with names) was so nice and friendly didnt rush me and made me feel welcomed the second I stepped foot in the door. They did a FANTASTIC job within a couple of hours and I LOVE the tint on my windows!!!! Highly recommend this place to anyone. These guys ROCK!!!

Got my 4 side windows tinted at Avalos Window Tint, they took care of me on the spot without an appointment, Grace the cashier was very friendly & so were the guys working on my car. They let my 3 year old nephew use the bathroom while we were waiting which was nice, and their waiting room is very comfortable and air conditioning is great if you wait there while your car is done. Got it done on April 1st, its now May 22nd and the tint looks great, probably wont have to use their lifetime warranty but its good to know its there if any bubbles or anything show up in the future. I highly recommend Avalos Window Tint.

Went there due to the reviews, service was great...very friendly. Prices a little steep for not getting the shade I wanted. I wanted the darkest they had to not b able to see thru the windows, but thats not what I got. Overall job was good, although there was a scratch on the window tint. Definitely recommend for the service just make sure its what u want.
