Just started the process a few days ago. Random door knock by Pricilla, who answered my questions with patience so I decided to take the next step - home evaluation. David Z came over the next day, was straight forward, had a very good looking sample, while yes he was presenting for a sale, he was not selling (a plus) and while evaluating my windows was honest. Why do I say that? Because I had one window previous owners had recently replaced. He quickly said it did not need to be replaced.Today I had a follow-up call from the office letting me know of the next steps and who would be contacting me to do them.So Far, this has been a good decision. Ill post again when another significant step happens.

David, our sales rep was incredible. When we first met him we werent ready to move forward but he was patient and respectful with us until we were ready to move forward. The process was simple and the installers did a great job. We love the huge difference in sound that we used to get from the street behind our home and the heat that comes from the setting sun behind our home has been greatly diminished. Definitely would recommend David and Energy One Windows.

Had several windows replaced with the Low-E and privacy tints - looks fantastic. The whole process was easy. Both the measure and install crews showed up on time, were professional, and did excellent work.

These are high quality windows at a fair price. Installation was quick and professional. They look great and help with reducing heat in a Las Vegas home.

I’d use Energy One over and over again! Super happy I chose them. I used another “reputable” window company to replace my front door and was so horrified by their work and customer service. I wouldn’t trust any other company with my windows.

Energy one windows has been amazing from the very day that they came to my door to ask if I was interested in hearing about windows. I had already gotten an estimate from another well-know company and could not afford their break the bank prices. I have gotten a product from energy one that is equal to that other company and at a very affordable price. The installation was smooth, and the installers were kind knowledgeable and very proficient with their work. I encourage anyone looking for new windows or replacement windows to contact energy one.

Beautiful windows which definitely enhances our house. My air conditioning bills were reasonable during this hot summer. They were efficient in their instillation and we are very pleased. Highly recommended.

We had a really great experience working with Energy One Windows. I purposely waited a couple of weeks after the install was done so that I could give a complete review. Everything that they told me about the windows, the financing, the timing, the installation itself, etc., was 100% clear and true from day 1. They were courteous and available for anything. And most importantly, the windows are in and they look and perform exactly as I had hoped. Now I can sit next to the window and dont feel like there is a breeze. They trimmed everything out really nicely so you cant even tell that theyre replacement windows. I still have several more windows that I hope to replace at some point, and Ill be sure to go to Energy One when Im ready.

Picking the right window company is a stressful decision. It is one of the larger financial decisions you can make for your home . I initially received my quote from Nick at Energy One Windows and he was extremely professional and easy to work with . The estimate itself took very little time compared to other quotes I received that took almost 2 hours. I did not make this decision lightly and I contacted four other companies for quotes that also came to my home . I picked Energy One Windows in the end because of the quality of the product and most importantly the people that I dealt with directly at Energy One . Every single person I spoke with was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. I recently had 16 of my windows replaced and I could not be happier. The windows came out beautifully and Jerry’s team did a wonderful job during my installation. Jerry and his team were extremely detailed during the installation process. I know without a doubt that I picked the right company for my windows and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I’m so glad I went with my gut and picked them:).

Right from the beginning everyone I spoke with conducted themselves professionally and courteously. Nick was very accommodating and always returned my calls immediately. The windows were ordered and installed well within the timeframe we were looking for. The installers were fantastic and very friendly and didnt mind me asking questions. When I called Nick about the windows, he and Kris came to my house within a hour. I was so impressed. Their competitors definitely have their work cut out to match Energy One Windows and customer service.

Nick and the crew from energy One are amazing. We ordered our windows and received them before the estimated time, and they look amazing!! The value of our home increased. We have seen our electric bill drop by about 50 dollars a month. Well worth the investment!! Thank u for an amazing job!!

I had 2 salesmen approach me at being a marketing home because I have a very large historic home in Las Vegas. They wasted about 10 hours of my time on 3 separate visits explaining why their windows are the best and I need to go with them. After negotiating a price I could deal with I decided to have my first 16 of over 50 windows replaced. took a few phone calls to their boss and the manufacturer to make sure my custom sizes were good to do. They got the go ahead so I gave them a deposit. Week later the installers come by to get exact measurements. They were here for a few hours and were kind of grumpy and rude. I could tell after meeting them and talking to them they only wanted to do really easy jobs nothing custom. Over a week after that I get a call from the salesman saying the installer didnt want to do my house. He apologizes and says they will send me a gift card with my refund for wasting my time. Instead I just get a refund a week later and nothing else.I suggest dealing with another window company in Las Vegas. Their windows are not special, although the salesmen will say so, many other companys sell from the same manufacturer and cheaper. After talking to the installer I found they do a shortcut install on the windows by taking out your old glass and leaving the frame, then screw the new window in the hole and trim in the gaps.

Excellent experience with Energy One. From first meeting with Nick answering questions and explaining product, timely updates from office staff on delivery/install date, installers friendly, prompt & efficient. We couldnt be happier with windows and service provided. We wish all home improvement projects were this positive. Thanks Energy One.

We just had our windows done. We love them!!! If I could give 6 stars I would! We got triple pane. They keep out a lot of the heat and sound from outdoors. Would highly recommend! You wont be disappointed! I would also like to thank them for picking our house as a marketing house. Also Nick Fitzer for setting up our contract and Rich and Doug for installing them.

We are so surprised at the difference in comfort level in our home after the installation of Energy One triple-pane windows! We even noticed that our doggie door no longer flaps in and out when there is wind! These are the highest quality windows we have ever seen and cost less than Anderson Windows! We are hurt, disappointed, disgusted, and angry at Energy One Windows, the company that put in our new windows. They obviously don’t care at all, because when we tried to find a solution to the complaint we had, they simply stood their ground and refused to take any responsibility whatsoever for the fact that our house now has two unreplaced windows due to an error on their part.This company came to our home soliciting and offering to beautify our house with new windows. The saleslady was kind, personable, and complimentary of our home. At first, we simply told them that although we realized we did need new windows, we simply could not afford them. However, we did take her card and promised we would consider their company if we ever did consider replacing the windows.A few months later, she returned with “good news”. Because our house was a corner lot, and a high-profile home, they would love to use our home for advertising. In exchange for a greatly reduced cost on our windows, we simply had to put a sign in our yard that stated that their company replaced our windows. Her sincere manner and kindness convinced us to allow them to measure our windows and give us a price.After making an appointment, another gentleman came to our home to show us the windows. Again, he was polite, complimentary, and seemed genuinely interested in us and our home. We agreed to his terms and a few days later, after paying the company a significant down payment, they came to measure the windows. My husband took this gentleman room by room to measure the windows. He walked with the company employee and made sure he counted every window. My husband did not count them himself, because he showed him every window, and trusted him to be honest with us. After all, they reminded us how wonderful it would be to have new windows in our entire house!Nearly six weeks later, they finally came to put in the windows. The installers were kind and worked hard, but when they had finished installing the windows, they were short two windows, which meant we had all but two windows replaced. My husband called to find out what had happened.Now, the politeness, the kindness, the caring, and the concern were all gone. They accused us of “hiding” those two windows. Why would we “hide” windows? The person who counted the windows said he did not consider them windows, because they had reflective material on them. They also had blinds on them, and this man measured them!!!! There were also other windows in the same room which he measured, so he can’t possibly say he was not aware of them, or that they were “hidden”!!!The company offered to replace the windows but said we would have to pay for them. We are already in debt for windows we couldn’t afford anyway! We would be required to pay full price for the windows and the installation, over $1,500. This is especially significant, because in order for the windows to match what we already have, we are forced to use their company!!! They refused to budge an inch that they could somehow be responsible.I believe that this company preyed on us because we are senior citizens. They made a mistake and refused to take a loss for their employee’s error. The most significant thing we noticed about this company was how kind and caring they were before the sale, and how uncaring, callus, cunning, and cold they were after the sale, when we needed their help. Please avoid this company at all cost! They will pretend to care about your interest, but they truly are only after the money. Also, don’t trust anyone when they say they are giving you a great price. Please compare companies before making a decision. Thank you for teaching us a valuable lesson, Energy One Windows. We will NEVER trust anyone who comes to our door again.

Installers were very professional. They cleaned up everything plus more. They did the job and met my high expectations.i would definitely recommend them for anyone needing windows.
