The guys worked very hard at a difficult job. My skylights were super dirty! My roof is a steep pitch!Responded to every request, even that they wear masks whilst in my home.Neat, efficient, early for appointment and got the tedious job done.Because the skylights were so difficult, and they were diligent in their work, they ran late to their next appointment...yet, they did inform them.This is a physical, thankless job and worth every penny!I admire and appreciate young people who work so hard for a living! Thank-you!

The fellas from White Glove just left my home. They did fantastic job and made sure everything was done to my liking. My husband and I normally set aside a Saturday every 6 months to do this task, we spend an entire day doing it and I am always only somewhat pleased with our results. This was well worth the money and the windows look great! The tracks on all of our windows are clean as a whistle. Two thumbs up- highly recommend.

They were very professional and on time. For the most part I am happy my windows are cleaned. I did have to go and wipe down window seals that clearly had dirt on them. There were two gentlemen and one was very detailed in his work and I felt the other was very rushed. You can definitely see the difference in the quality of their work.

Two gentlemen showed up on time and were prepared to work. They had their own supplies and laid out plastic in the house as to not let the floor get wet. Both gentlemen we nice and professional. My only issue was they didn’t lower the blinds when they were done, and they left a Starbucks cup on ledge in the front of my house.

The window cleaning was excellent. The attitude and behavior of the billing person was unprofessional and unacceptable to the point that I will no longer do business with this company. I was not told that payment was expected at the time of the service. In fact, I offered to pay the technician doing the cleaning and he was quick to say that they could bill me by email. I received the email that afternoon and a rude text message that night saying that if he did not receive the payment by tomorrow at noon he would file a lien on our home. I thought perhaps he had confused me with another customer who had delayed payment because he said the bill had been pending for several days. My service was done that day! Beware! this company lacks professionalism and seems a bit desperate for payment.

I had interior & exterior windows cleaned. Interior look great, exterior windows are spotted. I get my windows cleaned 3 times a year and my previous window guy moved out of state, so I decided to try White Glove. I called White Glove and explained that the windows were spotted and I was told it was probably because they were really dirty to begin with?! This is October, I had them cleaned in June... I was told they could come back & do a touch up and I’d get a call back to schedule it and haven’t heard back. Additionally they were 1 1/2 hours late.

We were very specific and specifically asked about the tracks being cleaned. The website describes that yes the tracks of dirt and grime. The cleaners wiped them, but they were still very dirty, especially in the corners. Screens were a challenge and not cleaned well because they didn’t understand how to pop them out.They were here for about an hour and a half. When expressing not happy with service the lead cleaner was disrespectful and unprofessional.I talked to the other owner and he was great and professional. He ended up significantly discounting the service.

I servicemen were very nice and respective. After the service there were some water spots on the back windows which they said would go awaydue to using filtered water in their equipment . Some of the spots were still there after drying so I had to physically wipe the windows myself to get the spots out on my back windows. They did not do inside windows. I only ordered outside and solar screens.

Went home in the middle of skiing my errands. I waited until our agreed appointment time. Waited 30 minutes, nothing. I called, VM box unable to take messages. I then text with no response. Waited 2 hours past appointment time with crickets. At this time I can assume anything. I assume that there was a bigger. Yippy wasted several hours of my time. b and blew off the smaller residential job.This is time you took from me that I can never get back. Ro me thats one of the worst things a service can do to a customer! Bad business!

This company is amazing. They showed up on time, did a careful wonderful job cleaning our windows, and even cleaned a few on our workshop that were not supposed to be included. We had some paint residue on the windows as the house was recently painted, all that is gone now. If you need to get your windows cleaned, do not hesitate to call them.

Did ok job. Seemed frustrated to find a Casita on property, said didnt know about it and didnt clean inside windows of Casita. Found some smudges on windows which were cleaned again, mentioned something about usually up charging. Overall, nice job and appreciated them removing some screens I need replaced but owner seemed to be a bit annoyed.

Very unhappy. Recently had new screens put in and my screens are falling off we’re not properly put back up by White Glove. Spoke to Tyler he said he would fix the problem and now im being ignored. Unacceptable!
