This is a fantastic company. Stevie and Cesar did an outstanding job. They are professional courteous, and thorough, and they cleaned every window in our home, inside and out, including the screens and tracks. I cannot believe how spotless my windows are. I have used J&J window wash for several years now. I have them come to my home 3-4 times a year to clean all my windows and screens. I have always been very pleased with their work. The employees are always so quick and efficient and VERY kind. I highly recommend them. It used to take me several hours to clean 18 windows and screens. They get the job done in an hour to an hour and a half.

J&J Window Wash employees were professional, prompt and thorough. They cleaned both the inside and outside of my windows which have stationary bars on them. This made cleaning very difficult, but J&J did a fabulous job and charged nothing extra for the additional time it took! I highly recommend this company for your window washing needs!

Very Pleased, From our initial conversation to the time they arrived they were very professional, on time and courteous. They did a spectacular job cleaning my windows and my screens and re-installed them, the screens and the windows are a few years old and look brand new again. They even got off all the hard water stains, and they even removed the slider door screen to clean the window behind it, a job I have never been able to do myself.. I had J&J wash the windows and solar screens in my condo. The two people who came out were professional, quiet, and thorough. I was impressed with the price I was quoted and satisfied with the completed job.After they left, I noticed one of the solar screens had not been fastened completely. I spoke to the owner about this and he promptly came out and fastened the screen securely.I was very happy with the whole experience.

Ive been using J&J to clean my windows for 3 years. I have a lot of windows and it is a lot of work, but these guys are on-time, reasonably priced, and fast with no streaks. J & J Window-Wash provides excellent service. On time, great job, careful in the house and NO COMPLAINTS--the are just what we needed. All of the windows and screens were washed, or should I say scrubbed. Best window cleaning job we have ever had.

I found John on the internet and he answered right away, gave me a fair price and when he quoted a date, I asked if he could work around my schedule and did. Was here early and did a great job. What more can you really ask for.Thanks John!

I had worked for the company and know first hand exactly how and what they do. First off none of the people are actually professionals, no one is licensed or specialized in this field. Really they just hire anyone so they can get as much business as possible. Then on top of that, most of the time they are unprepared. They dont have enough mops specifically for windows, so they use the mops with grease on them from cleaning screens to wash the windows leaving grease smears and oil that is very hard to get off behind. Then the owner has them working 12 - 15 hours straight without breaks, so if you have an appointment in the evening, dont expect a great job because the whole crew is tired from working everyday and all day. So really they just try to get by with what they can, there hasnt been a house where someone got lazy and didnt do a couple screens or a window. Although i was terminated for not wanting to go work for free, this is the truth about this company. Honestly i wouldnt recommend it. Its really just a bunch of early 20 kids cleaning your windows.

The crew came on time but were not prepared for really dirty windows. My windows had not been cleaned for three years and I did tell them when I made the appointment. They were willing to come back but I did not have the time.
