Very clean store.. no fishy smell & even had a pepper chart which i found to be very handy!

I love going to this particular Smart and Save. A lot of variety.And, if youre interested in buying in bulk, a lot of items are sold in bulk. A Mini Sams Store if you will. But, if youre interested in a few things, they have that too. Prices very reasonable!

This store has very good customer service, staff are friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem finding what I need, produce is fresh, shelves are well stocked, and prices are low.

Always well stocked. Never too busy and has certain hard to find items that cater to a small business.

Not fantastic, but I enjoy the size options this store offers of their products. The produce is always lacking in variety. At least some other places frequently offer another type of banana, or mangoes, or small packages of berries instead of larger ones. If you run a restaurant, or need capital inventory, you might want to consider shopping here. Otherwise, the prices are competitive with other markets, and their products are just so unique as mentioned that it profits.

Great customer service, except for the younger Latin lady in produce. She was unfortunately rude.

Always have great deals on what I need and it is easy to park close to the entrance.

I’ve been to a few Smart & Final’s and this one was ok. It was kind of hard to find someone when I needed help. Good value for what you’re buying. Ample parking and easy to get in and out. Would be nice if all grocery stores offered pickup service.

Ive been to many Walmarts, this by far was the sorriest!! Not one employee offered to help me with the Computer I wanted to buy,or they told me we dont carry Computers anymore!! This Walmart truly needs new management asap!!!!

The staff were quite rude. This was my first visit to this location and my last. Ill stick with the smart & finals on Craig or Sahara.

IT WAS NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE LIKE WE COULD GET THINGS IN CASES. THATS WHY I USED TO GO THERE. THE LINES ARE MESS UP LIKE YOU HAVE TO GO AWAY DOWN ON THE END OF THE STORE IT WAS CHAINED OFF. AND THIS LADY CUT ALL OF US OFF BY LIFTING THE CHAIN UP AND WENT THOUGH. NOTHING BUT UPSET PEOPLE. THEN WHEN YOU CHECK OUT ASK TO DUBBLE THE BAG. NO YOU CAN HAVE 1 BAG STUFFED. One of the few stores that were requiring masks before the governor mandated it which i greatly appreciated. We are living in scary times and we all need to respect each other and when a company shows compassion like that they will be the 1s to get my money.

I was informed in a very rude and unprofessional manner I couldnt enter without a mask. When I asked to have the store supply me with one his refusal was in an unprofessional tone. Totally unnecessary, I was polite, no yelling or language and really dont get treating customers like that.

They have some deals and you can get whole meals for only 4 bucks.So thats where Ive been shopping lately. I dont know about you out there but Ive got quite the metabolism so I eat quite a bit and I have to watch my budget.But theyre not always stocked as you would like, some of the deals arnt on the shelves at any given time, because quite frankly, their under staffed.

Primarily I go to shop their fresh produce section, overall the prices are quite reasonable for high quality. The only down side is that they dont offer meat alternatives, or include Vegan products. Smart & Final is all about their Carnivore customers.

Way over priced I wish WinCo would put them out of business 🤣

I wish they would carry more sugar free products for those who are diabetic. Luckily, I found. Pillsbury sugar free cake mix. I was hoping theyd carry sugar free Smuckers caramel topping for my sugar free banana pudding cream cake I was trying to make.

Smart and Final carries a great selection of products with the option to buy in bulk for many of them. Prices arent bad either considering a membership card isnt required.

I only gave 3 stars because my cashier Jazmine was rude and didnt acknowledge me. When I finished paying I said thank you and she didnt even respond.Other then that all other ataff is sweet and great! Products always fresh

If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would. Closed their doors Christmas Eve before the closing hours posted. Wouldn’t let anyone in. Asked for a manager, claimed it was the man at the door and he was incredibly rude. Awful store, awful customer service. Will never be shopping here again and will absolutely tell everyone I know never to shop here also.
