Nubar and his team are excellent. We woke up to a plumbing emergency one morning and were referred to him by our HVAC guy. He was at our home within about 20 minutes, looked at the damage, explained what the problems were, talked with us about insurance, and explained our options to us. He had his team here shortly after we agreed to his services and they were speedy and efficient. When we realized that he also does mold remediation, we called him again and he immediately came back to check out our kitchen where the mold is. He gave us a fair price for the bathroom leaks and gave us a very competitive price for the mold remediation. It was significantly lower than the previous two bids we received for the same work. Not only did his team start on the bathroom leak right away and scheduled the start of the kitchen work for a couple days out, he was also extremely helpful when we realized that our only working bathroom was only producing scalding hot water. He referred us to a plumber, who came out within a few hours, and we had a functioning bathroom again. I highly recommend Las Vegas Restoration and would use them again if needed. Nubar cares about his customers and provides exceptional work and customer service.
